Pros I love that it offers an intuitive, drag-and-drop signer that simplifies document creation, quickly. Beyond just signing docs, the tool provides fairly robust abilities for document creation, workflow automation, CRM integrations, and analytics as well, making it perfect for starting out businesses. Cons While it is fairly intuitive and easy to set up, some parts of customizing the doc itself can be hard to figure out. Overall, PandaDoc is so easy to use and I can't even fathom switching back to Docusign or other programs that were far more challenging to setup. The template library, content library, document builder, ease of use have me coming back year after year. It's worth it by a large margin. Pros Pandadoc is very user friendly, feature-rich, and straight forward to use. The document builder and content library have saved me much time compared to other signing software. I also love the audit trail, mobile app, reminders, customizable controls, and array of integrations available. It was quick and easy to setup and operate. Cons It would be nice if a limited version of the content library was available to the starter pricing tier as there are several features of the mid-tier that I don't actually need but have because I need the content library. Overall, the pricing is my largest struggle however the features are clear winners compared to competitors. Pandadoc's document builder was an easy win for someone a little technologically challenged. Pros Easy to use, you can share the document via email, sms or using a direct link, and above all it is realy unlimited! not like others (everybody knows which one) that do not disclaim in the list of prices that you only have a limited amount of envelopes, and if you want more you have to upgrade and it will cost you over 3 times the initial price, and even with that the number of envelopes you get is still limited. Cons When creating a template, if you use 2 different files it does not have the option to merge them to create a single document, and when you send the new template made out of 2 different documents the final file has 2 certificates of completion. I wish it has the option to decide whether or not you want them to be treated as separete documents or as a single one. Switched from [Docusign](https://www.capterra.com/p/121506/Docusign/) The limited amount of envelopes they provide when upgrading your plan, never showed in the price, you have to dig a little in their policies to find out that you only get 100 envelopes per year, based on the usage of their current clients. It was too late for me, I had to pay 2 plans of 100 envelpoes, and then their sales team send me an email (quite rude I got to say) trying to push a non-existent value proposition to make me pay even more. It just works quickly and easily and has become a seamless part of my process. Pros I have been using PandaDoc for over 2 years, and I love it because it's both simple and convenient. It's also superior to DocuSign for these reasons: 1. Signature/date/text fields auto-align when you drag/drop them, making it easy to create nice looking documents for my clients. 2. In addition to the platform auto-sending documents to my signers, PandaDoc allows you to obtain a link that I can send to the signer directly from my own email, which avoids it getting caught in their spam filter. Cons Sometimes my contracts contain multiple pages/multiple docs, and I do wish PandaDoc would allow me to add more than a single document to a signing. Also, I use the "generate link" so that I can send it to the signer from my own email address because I have found that when it goes out from PandaDoc, it tends to get stuck in the recipients spam folders quite a bit. (Thank goodness for the 'generate link' option that they provide!) I love how simple the flow of the process is and the "extra" I never received with other E-Signing platforms such as being notified if a client has even opened the email, viewed the email, began signing the document(s), etc. Pros Easy to use and very self explanatory. Makes sending documents very easy and clients have no trouble e-signing. Cons There really aren't any cons when it comes to CreateMySignature. I guess really the only thing is that I wish I could find a way to have the DATE selection box stay in the same format whenever I add a new one, (ex. I have to change YYYY/DD/MM back to MM/DD/YYY each time I add a new date box).
