While there are occasional minor performance lags when navigating between screens, they have not outweighed the overall benefits. I have been most satisfied with the exemption report tool as well as the support from employment lawyers on getting tough questions answered. Pros HR Hero is the most comprehensive and updated HR compliance source that I have found. While it is expensive for my small business, it is so valuable! The compliance advice is extremely detailed, up-to-date, and the digests about what is changing and when is so helpful. Cons As a consultant that uses HR Hero in a way that most users probably don't utilize it, it is expensive for the way we use it (getting compliance updates, occasional exemption reports for workplaces) but I trust the source so much that I deal with the cost.
