Unable to filter locations on the Dashboard for tasks such as 'shifts needed to republish'. Unable to build individual schedule templates to save rather than copying current templates. Unable to switch order of employees on schedule. Inability to see who is currently on when using the time clock function unless person is clocked in. Functionality of shift tags and skill tags is not user friendly for our purposes. When PTO is entered by employee it is their time zone but does not convert to manager time zone for approval. Pros I really liked how easy Humanity Schedule is to use, especially when it came to managing shifts and pulling reports. What stood out most, though, was their customer service! You can quickly connect with someone, and they’ll even hop on a screen share if needed, making resolving issues fast and stress-free. Cons One downside I noticed with Humanity Schedule is that occasionally, certain data fields aren’t available in reports. While you can submit feature requests and they’re open to feedback, it can take time for those updates to be added to their roadmap. Pros It was super easy to find my shifts and any updates made to them. I loved seeing all info about my event work right in the app. Info like location, leads/bosses, when and where are lunches were, etc. This changes a lot since I get contracted to work different events, so having it accessible within a few clicks has been great. Cons It would have been nice to have a dedicated field on the shift for bosses' name and numbers just in case. Currently it's up to whoever schedules me to put that in the long list of info for the "training" for a particular event. And whoever schedules my shift varies so they don't always format the info in the same way. Having a dedicated field for my bosses info, especially since it changes with each new event I'm contracted to do, would make my life easier. It was easy to schedule a shift and it was free so that was great! It also seems like it was pretty safe and also I once had a problem and this guy like a worker immediately supported me and did such a good job at solving my problem like asap even tho it was like the middle of the night, easy to schedule things and payroll was fine, easy to look up my calendar and shifts. Pros I liked how simple it was to use, like when you open it it doesn’t feel overwhelming, it’s very organized and easy to understand and navigate. It has reduced our costs by only scheduling people at the right time of the day and without excess staffing. Pros I primarily use Humanity for scheduling and forecasting and what's great about this is they have simplified the forecasting process making it a lot easier to schedule interpreters with efficiency. Also in comparison to other softwares, the pricing for Humanity is a lot cheaper than others. Easy access to my schedule and team schedule. Cons all the names are alphabetical by first name not last. Have to keep resetting to my hospital only. keep getting messages from other hospitals even though i am not a shared employee. Can't delete messages on the dashboard had to remove the whole widget. month view of my schedule is in a week line format instead of calendar month style. I appreciate all of the knowledge and support that their team has provided and I look forward to using this software with my new team! Pros I used Humanity at my previous job and loved it so much I had to implement it at my new site. The customization and visibility of Humanity is my favorite part. The visibility for team members and schedulers makes the scheduling process so much easier to allow for shift management, scheduling, pick ups and payroll purposes. This has exponentially increased our accuracy for payroll by having this scheduling platform. The customer support has been very helpful with developing the platform, taking suggestions for improvements, and providing additional suggestions on ways we can continue to improve our existing platform. The regular communication with our customer success team really makes this value of this product worth the money, time, and effort put in to it's development. The notifications for team members as well as schedulers has also helped us provide real time responses and answers to scheduling related inquiries. I'm looking forward to the additional security benefits we will likely take advantage of with the single sign on option. Cons It's a mixture of something I like, but also struggle with. The level of customization can sometimes be intimidating to learn all of the different scheduling options that you have. It can take some time to fully comprehend the different options and what works best for your organization but the customer service reps are helpful. Cons Sometimes there is so much going on it is slow to load or see all on one screen. It is also a little hard to figure out the screens you need at times.
