My overall experience can be translated into a rated at 9/10

Pros

The easy communication of humanity support when needed for any clarification or help.

Cons

I've dealt with 4 different types of schedules that humanity accepts because every 2 Months it doesn't accept the format I used for the previous Month..which is very hectic to be honest. I don't know what is the actual issue with it..but the humanity support team never disappointed or failed to help greatly. Also because there is no bulk selection for deletion of staff/locations for example

I have ultimately enjoyed my experience with Humanity. They've always listened to feedback and made changes to their program to make it more user-friendly. This has helped scheduling for 400+ employees regularly, much easier.

Pros

Humanity Schedule is very user friendly, visually appealing and organized, which is very important for me. I also liked how easy it was to reach out to support and get assistance on any issues I was facing.

Cons

Humanity Schedule is not optimized for a large company, of which I schedule for, so certain tasks are hard to manage.

Pros

I like that there is an icon for open shifts on the dashboard for easy viewing. Easy access to my schedule and team schedule.

Cons

all the names are alphabetical by first name not last. Have to keep resetting to my hospital only. keep getting messages from other hospitals even though i am not a shared employee. Can't delete messages on the dashboard had to remove the whole widget. month view of my schedule is in a week line format instead of calendar month style.

What I liked most about Humanity Schedule is how practical and user-friendly it is. I’ve been using it for about a year now, and it has made managing shifts, checking schedules, and staying organized much easier. It’s simple, efficient, and very convenient for day-to-day work.

Cons

What I liked least is that it can be inconvenient when managing multiple accounts, since you can’t easily view the different schedules in one place. Having to switch between accounts to check each schedule can be time-consuming.

It’s an intuitive and user-friendly (for Admins and Employees) platform that makes scheduling and reporting efficient and easy to manage. The system helped streamline day-to-day operations, and their customer support is especially strong.

Pros

I really liked how easy Humanity Schedule is to use, especially when it came to managing shifts and pulling reports. What stood out most, though, was their customer service! You can quickly connect with someone, and they’ll even hop on a screen share if needed, making resolving issues fast and stress-free.

Cons

One downside I noticed with Humanity Schedule is that occasionally, certain data fields aren’t available in reports. While you can submit feature requests and they’re open to feedback, it can take time for those updates to be added to their roadmap.

### "A new coordinator's reaction to Humanity"

New staff find the activation, information in notes, use of the availability page and location finder easy to use and update as needed. This gives all our casual staff the flexibility to source work from several companies and for me as coordinator to know who is available at any given time. Overall, very pleased with performance and support.

Pros

Humanity is an easy-to-use app for our company of 300+ staff. I moved from BOH to staffing coordinator and found the transition along with customer support, amazing. The scheduling and payroll aspects are straightforward and easy to adjust when needed.

Cons

As I'm away from the office a lot, I found not being able to see acknowledgement of shift on the phone app difficult to conduct staffing allocation. This was mentioned to TCP Humanity and was immediately rectified. The locating of remote sites in the app is very frustrating as you have to scroll through the pages to get to the site required. If this had a Filter Location tab, as it does in the Primary site location, this would make access infinitely easier to use.

Overall, I would say that so far I have had a positive experience with Humanity Schedule. When my company starts using it for more things I will be excited to see how it well it works!

Pros

As a traveler I really appreciate how I can click on a scheduled day and it tells me where I am for the day and it will also open maps for me on my phone so I can get instant directions! I also appreciate that I can see where some of my coworkers are working that day, this makes it easier to get questions answered in a timely manner.

Cons

I don't currently have any cons with Humanity Schedule. The website makes everything easier to see but I prefer the app because it is faster and right at my finger tips. The only thing that I would want to change is to have a way to communicate with my coworkers on the app.

It has been limited so far but have really enjoyed learning how to better utilize it. I know there are tutorials, but I have been using AI to teach me how to customize for our departmental use.

Pros

The flexibility to assign multiple job roles and create shift and master templates. The visual heat map that helps us SEE where we are understaffed and/or undertrained.

Cons

Since it is so flexible, it has a lot of tabs and views and therefor it takes some time to learn and then become proficient.

Overall humanity has made a lot of improvements in our scheduling process. It has reduced our costs by only scheduling people at the right time of the day and without excess staffing.

Pros

I primarily use Humanity for scheduling and forecasting and what's great about this is they have simplified the forecasting process making it a lot easier to schedule interpreters with efficiency. Also in comparison to other softwares, the pricing for Humanity is a lot cheaper than others.

Cons

The view for over and under is a little harder to interpret at first while the older version was easier to interpret due to the simpler view

Sometimes a struggle. Schedules disappear. On payroll and confirm time sheets is too many steps, entering mileage is a struggle for all staff.

The message wall is a nice feature. I also like that staff can pick up shifts through the app.

Overall, my experience with Humanity is really positive. It makes scheduling easier and I am a visual person and the layout is really helpful and visually appealing. I also love how you can set a skill in certain employee profiles which helps you separate out your different categories of workers. Lastly, the help function always helps me when I have questions.

Pros

I like the user friendly aspects of the scheduling. Specifically, I like how you can create a shift and it automatically makes it a different color depending on the shift. I also like how you can set the shift to repeat certain dats of the week between certain dates. Really helpful and visually appealing.

Cons

Sometimes there is so much going on it is slow to load or see all on one screen. It is also a little hard to figure out the screens you need at times. However, the help function has always helped me when I wasn't sure about how to navigate something.

Fantastic. I had a few questions in to support which were handled very quickly. If fact they followed up with me a day or 2 later to see if I had additional issues. Customer support is great.

Pros

I can view open shifts against my own upcoming shifts to determine which ones I can take. I can view my coworkers duty times as well. We work as a team understanding that when life happens we can quickly look in to the app and see who may benablento cover a shift. Planning out my time and various responsibikities in life is very important to me. Once I learned it it has been great and easy to navigate.

Cons

I would have appreciated a video training on the usenof the app. Having that would have helped me early on rather than asking other team members or support questions.

The info is easy to read and easy to get to my schedule.The only thing I would like and don't see is what other staff I will be working with.

Pros

That it's data is clear and easy to move around the pages of content.The reminders about when my next scheduled shift is was very helpful.

I haven't found anything yet.I think you have really thought about us and what we would want and need as far as our scheduling goes.

Pros

How specific you can make employee permissions, for each ranking within the company, they have access to what only what they need to. Time clock, and payroll, are easy to use and make adjustments when needed.

Cons

Unable to change the "Who's on Now" portion. Would like to modify for employees to see scheduled times, and different departments to only see theirs. Employees do not need to see the shift per department.

Pros

it's very convenient and beginner user friendly. I can easily navigate the interface. no hard issues

sometimes the app will glitch and you have to reboot it or wait until the bug is sorted out manually

I think Humanity is a great program and enjoy working with it. other than the glitch issues once in a while it has been a pleasure to use.

Pros

Its flexibility in areas to personalize based off what the agency needs are. it is user friendly and easy to navigate. I also really like the chat option to assist with any issues and they are always resolved within minutes.

Cons

That it glitches often. this makes it hard to keep track of an accurate schedule when shifts/staff assigned to shifts go missing.

Overall, it's a good product. Reported the glitch with printing and thought is was fixed, but still have problems.

Pros

The product is simple and efficient. I appreciate the alerts for PTO so I don't have to track PTO. Moving shifts around is simple and easy.

Overall my experience with Humanity has been positive. The team that is assisting with my configuration and implementation is very knowledgeable and professional.

Pros

Humanity is relatively easy to navigate. Once set up, it makes creating schedules a simple process. Some of the great features include alerts when there are conflicts and the ability to generate and print PDFs of the schedules. Humanity offers many of the features of modern SaaS applications (i.e., SSO integration, geo-tracking, mobile app, etc.).

Cons

I wish the online training and support resources were more robust. There is also a lot of configurations required to get the platform setup initially. The training provided by the implementation team could also be better. If I'd known in advanced, I would have purchased more hours to cover more comprehensive live training sessions.

The scheduling, shift management, training, and reminders/notifications make it easy to find what I'm looking for whether it be training materials or promptness of scheduling.

Pros

All my tasks and appointments are easily available for a holistic view of my day, week, and month. Mobile app is as user-friendly as the desktop version so that I can manage my schedules on the go. The additional features, ie, shift notifications, and time-off management are very helpful.

Cons

I wish that it would sync with my IOS calendar to make it easier for me to make sure I don't have any conflicts.

Pros

I like that Humanity helps management when staff tries to pick up shifts and there is a conflict. Helps per diem staff to not double book themselves leaving a house short

Cons

I don't like that when staff tries to pick up doubles it will not let them pick to the time they come in. Often leaving what looks like an hour gap on humanity
