Experience has been strong. The internal team is there to walk you through a particular feature or process, or they also have the ability to run programs for you.

Pros

We're able to easily capture potential new users to join the Manual Labor community, and ultimately increase our dialogue to help improve our thought leadership.

Cons

As the platform continues to mature, we'd love to see additional integrations that make workflows a bit more seamless. There is a tremendous opportunity for them to be part of the new modern marketing stack for brands that require heavy community management for their owned & operated content along w/ end-user content.

Overall, its product that is easy to navigate with great customer support. Our team has been using the campaigns frequently for key admission events. This product helps decrease manual student reach out for photo permission.

Pros

The campaigns have been very helpful with gathering specific content from specific audiences. The campaigns are easy to set up and the EnTribe team provided ideas on how to help promote the campaigns to students.

Cons

At this time, there is not anything I do not like about this software. We are testing which campaigns receive great response and why to help plan for the upcoming year and future use.

This was a recommendation from our VP based on his previous institution.

Entribe allowed us to collect and utilize UGC all in one platform. The customer service was great and the software allowed us to elevate UGC efforts. Would recommend!

So far my experience has been really good. I dont have trouble with trying to find things!

Pros

I like the ease of being able to verify ones picture which is important for our client. I also like the ease of searching for other social content.

Cons

I think something that would help is being able to see the name of the original photo I am reviewing, sometimes its a little difficult.

From our first meeting to implementation and roll out, EnTribe has helped us figure out how to best use their product to accomplish our objectives.

Pros

We love seeing how our customers are using our products, but we didn't have a good way to store those pictures (and the permission to use them). With EnTribe, we're able to collect amazing UGC that we can use in our marketing and it's easy to find and rate what they share with us.

Cons

We've had a few glitchy issues, but the team has been amazing at taking care of any issues and resolving them for us.
