It's been amazing. I have used at least 7 other management software systems over the years and this one is hands down the best. They think of everything we could possibly need, and then some.

Pros

I'd have to say what I love the most are all the available features and customizations. It's a total all-in-one e-commerce management tool. Cross -promoting listings is super important these days, but also AI listing tools. I can create 50 new listings in 10 minutes, with entire listings ready to be published, all with perfect seo optimized content. I can automate a lot of my mundane tasks like feedback reminders, auto-increase available quantities after a sale, and auto-apply listing design templates. I can auto-approve or deny best offers. There are so many amazing features...truly, things I didn't even know I needed.

Cons

I have been using 3DSellers for years and I haven't yet found anything I didn't like. That's probably because they really listen to our feature requests and implement what users ask for.

My experience with 3Dsellers ended during onboarding because the company’s communication and handling of reasonable concerns destroyed my confidence in its support. A confirmed 1:00 p.m. training session was canceled at 11:26 a.m., despite being confirmed earlier that morning. When I described this as a last-minute cancellation, I received a rude, defensive, and condescending response instead of accountability. There also appeared to be no meaningful escalation process. My onboarding contact was also the head of sales and account management—and handled the complaint about his own conduct. This left me unwilling to trust such an important part of my business to the company.

Pros

The range of eBay listing, inventory-management, and automation features looked promising. Unfortunately, onboarding ended before I could fully evaluate them.

Cons

Poor onboarding, short-notice scheduling changes, rude and defensive communication, no meaningful escalation process, and no telephone support for urgent problems. Features mean little when customers cannot trust the company to support them when something goes wrong.

This third party system makes selling on multiple venues easy. I have been using the system for a few years now and it is based on continuous improvement and seems to adapt well to venue changes and respond quickly to tickets and problems. A+ Love it!

Pros

Ease of integration - venue data downloads completely Nice user interface as well as customized csv downloads Quick ticket response New venues and additional markets seem to be added all the time I like the price!!

Cons

This system has grown over time. As with anything it keeps you learning new things and staying with venue changes. With other systems I have been crying about the manual things I had to do to keep up with changes ebay or walmart made in the system which I had to do manually. Here I have to adjust to the change before I even realize that the venue did it. Which means.. Today I have to figure it out if I wanted to or not. LOL They do miss the occasional venue change but they respond quickly and get it corrected.

I made test accounts with a few different alternatives which I thought could meet the bull and downloaded my existing data from each venue.. Using the system a bit before adding the next. 3D got the data in the most correct form and was the fastest and easiest to add each venue to without creating a mess

My overall experience with 3Dsellers has been very positive. The platform is easy to use, reliable, and helps simplify many aspects of eBay account management. Setting up and managing Business Policies was straightforward, and the tools have helped save time and improve efficiency. While there was a short learning curve at the beginning, everything became clear quickly, making the overall experience smooth and productive.

Cons

It took a little time to understand all of the available features at the beginning. There are quite a few tools to explore, but once everything was set up and familiar, the platform became very easy to use and helped speed up our workflow significantly.

I’ve been using 3Dsellers for managing my eBay workflow, and overall it’s been a solid experience. It helps keep things organized, especially when dealing with listings and orders, which used to take a lot more time. It’s pretty straightforward to get used to, even without spending much time learning the system. What stood out for me is that it actually reduces a lot of manual work. Support has also been helpful whenever I reached out. So far, it’s been a reliable tool for running things more smoothly day to day.

3DSellers is an excellent tool for any eBay seller who is looking to elevate their store beyond what standard sellers offer.

Pros

Automatic messages after purchases greatly improved my customer retention and satisfaction, leading to return customers and increased sales. It was easy to organize my inventory and set up these functions for my eBay accounts. Customer service went above and beyond to assist me with issues I had.

Cons

The product was very feature rich which meant that I did not get to explore as many of the tools as I could have. If I had spent more time learning I could have taken more advantage of the product and possibly grown my eBay store even more.

My experience has been great. It feels stable, the support team actually responds quickly, and it has genuinely helped me scale my shop. It’s a solid, professional suite for anyone who is serious about reselling.

Pros

The automation features are a lifesaver. Being able to set up "turn on and forget" rules for feedback and offers has cut my manual work in half. I also love that it replaces three or four other subscriptions—I was able to ditch my separate listing designer and helpdesk tools because 3Dsellers does it all in one dashboard. It’s perfect for keeping high-volume stores organized without needing a massive team.

Cons

here’s a bit of a learning curve when you first dive into the advanced settings and SEO tools, but once you get the hang of the interface, it’s very smooth.

Pros

3Dsellers is working great and has been a huge help in managing even high-volume selling operations. It makes it easy to coordinate tasks with team members, streamline workflows, and stay on top of inventory across multiple platforms and regions. The interface is user-friendly, and the tools really simplify daily management.

Cons

So far, I haven’t come across any real drawbacks. Everything has been working smoothly, and the platform meets my needs well.
