I have been using the system for a few years now and it is based on continuous improvement and seems to adapt well to venue changes and respond quickly to tickets and problems. A+ Love it! Pros Ease of integration - venue data downloads completely Nice user interface as well as customized csv downloads Quick ticket response New venues and additional markets seem to be added all the time I like the price!! Cons This system has grown over time. As with anything it keeps you learning new things and staying with venue changes. With other systems I have been crying about the manual things I had to do to keep up with changes ebay or walmart made in the system which I had to do manually. Here I have to adjust to the change before I even realize that the venue did it. Which means.. Today I have to figure it out if I wanted to or not. LOL They do miss the occasional venue change but they respond quickly and get it corrected. If you're on the fence, give them a try. It was the best decision I ever made! Pros Their program is so complete that I was able to get rid of Inkfrog and Crazylister saving me a good bit of money as 3D sellers can do it all for less than I was paying for just one of those others!
