The listing and order-management tools are practical and save time, and the platform helps keep workflows organized when handling a large catalog. At the beginning it can take a little time to get familiar with all the features, but once you’re set up it’s very straightforward. If you're on the fence, give them a try. It was the best decision I ever made! Pros Their program is so complete that I was able to get rid of Inkfrog and Crazylister saving me a good bit of money as 3D sellers can do it all for less than I was paying for just one of those others! Cons I've been with them almost a month now and I cannot think of a single con. My life is SO MUCH easier now and I'm saving money! No cons about that! So the choice to switch was easy. Then I used one of 3Dsellers custom templates that far outshined the one I was paying for at crazylister so I got rid of both and chose 3Dsellers. Pros Automatic messages after purchases greatly improved my customer retention and satisfaction, leading to return customers and increased sales. It was easy to organize my inventory and set up these functions for my eBay accounts. Customer service went above and beyond to assist me with issues I had. Cons The product was very feature rich which meant that I did not get to explore as many of the tools as I could have. Pros The automation features are a lifesaver. Being able to set up "turn on and forget" rules for feedback and offers has cut my manual work in half. I also love that it replaces three or four other subscriptions—I was able to ditch my separate listing designer and helpdesk tools because 3Dsellers does it all in one dashboard. It’s perfect for keeping high-volume stores organized without needing a massive team. It has been a major game-changer for allowing the efficient listing and management of products, and it has also helped make our listings look so much more professional and appealing to customers. It appears to have had a very positive impact upon sales, too. One other observation: It's fun to use. Pros I am especially impressed with the way that 3dsellers integrates and interfaces with other ecommerce sites such as eBay, eBay Store, Facebook's eBay Store tab and many other online sites. 3dsellers makes it much easier to list product (without locking up over and over, such as what happens when you list directly on eBay which stops to "save" almost every field entered into its online forms), and then it populates your listings on the eligible sites you select to integrate almost flawlessly like magic (no stress or aggravation). It saves so much work, and its templates give your sites a professional advantage. It was great to find software like this that works with eBay and Facebook's eBay integration at the same time. As a former Shopify user, I wish I knew about this product a couple of years ago. I also really like the 3dsellers web site I was able to create, which looks even better than my eBay Store, yet interfaces with it. Cons Some of the product's many features have somewhat of a learning curve, and you most definitely need to read the support documentation available to use these features more efficiently. I have occasionally encountered some template html issues when integrating with eBay, but 3dsellers' Technical Support has always been willing to help work me though them to make the necessary repairs. Alternatives considered [Wix](https://www.capterra.com/p/169007/Wix/) Reason for choosing 3Dsellers 3dsellers gets the job done more efficiently than the other products, and at a fair price, too. A very worthwhile investment, even if it's just for your sanity with regard to all the work an online seller does (even for a hobby). I had a couple problems with the bulk listing tools and they were willing to make the changes I needed in order to get it to work. Once that was resolve, I didn't look back. Pros It's the only software I've found which can handle eBay's attributes for trading card games, such as Magic: the Gathering. Certain fields are required by eBay and 3D can handle them via their Custom Specific fields. I like the automatic e-mails/messages to customers. They were easy to customize. Cons The splash screen when you first sign on is a bit clunky and doesn't always update. Cons It's not really a con i guess but i get a ton more messages because i interact with the customers automated now, i would like a way to filter the responses from my "item sent:" so i don't think they are questions? they are usually just thank you messages, but i might miss some questions because there are so many. not really a con like i said i'll keep the messages with my growth any day. On top of the quality software product, the customer service goes above and beyond. On more than one occasion, I've gotten responses and fixes to glitches even when I'm contacting the company outside normal business hours. As I find little bugs or opportunities to correct something in the software, the team responds with a fix usually within hours. I could not be more pleased with the support this company gives to their excellent product. Pros 3Dsellers is perfect for my needs because it gives me flexible listing design features and the ability to carefully manage my inventory. It also provides the tools to manage every aspect of an item's process from "listing" to "after the sale." I love the ability to handle everything within one product. I love the Listing Tool the best since I spend a lot of time listing items. This tool helps me go faster and doesn't get in the way. So I figure I owe 3D Sellers a good review bc their product is very cool and profoundly professional. Besides a program that actually functions as advertised they continue to update and add features on a regular basis. And they listen!! Each and every time I have contacted them regarding a problem (rare) or to suggest something (much more often) the response has always been very positive. They will even follow-up with you to make sure they got what you wanted done correctly. Great product, great service, I can't ask for more. Pros The automation of customer correspondence ranks right up there with the listing designer for me. My customers are always commenting on how great our communication is, the biggest trick is not to go overboard with it. And the listing designer offers a variety of templates to choice from with each template offering a multitude of options to create a listing format specific to your needs. The ability to create different templates for different product types is also a plus. Cons I had to open 3Dsellers and look around a bit to find any "cons". All I could come up with is that occasionally the automatic feedback feature will miss leaving feedback for an item, but even that is just when there are multiple items being combined into one shipment. I also love that the fees are based on sales volumes and if you are over or under-estimating your sales, you can change your plan at any time so save. Pros We use multiple stores to sell the different levels of quality of items, (as-is, used, new, new open box, discontinued, etc.) being able to move the items from one store to another is amazing!
