La funcionalidad que conecta directamente con SEPE, Hacienda o Certificados es muy buena y está muy lograda. Pros Vengo de usar el NominaPlus de Sage, infinitamente más caro y con las mismas utilidades. De hecho, es mucho mejor DiezNOM que, al menos, permite abrir varias ventanas. Tiene exactamente las mismas funcionalidades y es mucho más intuitivo. A eso hay que añadirle que puedes tenerlo en la nube, cuando en NominaPlus te hacen pagar por tenerlo en la nube. Por nuestra parte, no volveremos a NominPlus, este programa cumple a la perfección con todo lo que necesita una pequeña o mediana asesoría. Cons Se echa de menos un gestor de importación de datos. Pasar los datos del programa antiguo al nuevo fue todo un quebradero de cabeza. Fundamental es la atención telefónica que te guía y atiendo muy bien (cuando se logra contactar ya que a veces ... somos muchos supongo. Cons La atención telefónica a veces se colapsa y debes esperar para resolver una cuestión que urge para poder hacer algún proceso, en especial las primeras semanas de uso en el que las dudas se multiplican. El manual es flojo, mejor usar la atención telefónica.
