En líneas generales estoy muy satisfecho, tanto el programa cumple con las expectativas como la atención al cliente y el teléfono de soporte son excepcionales.

Pros

El diseño de nóminas es super fácil, además los convenios están actualizados siempre, por lo que no tengo que preocuparme por ello.

Cons

Al comienzo me costó un poco entender su utilización, si bien es cierto no estoy muy acostumbrado al uso de programas informáticos por lo que creo que es normal.

Porque me lo recomendaron y viendo otros productos, por el precio y lo que ofrecía, era el mejor con muchísimas diferencia.

Muy satisfecho y sorprendido por su relación calidad-precio.

Pros

Aplicación muy intuitiva y fácil de usar.

Cons

No genera automáticamente un porcentaje de la nómina a pagar, hay que hacerlo de forma manual. Tampoco tiene la opción de duplicar un contrato con los mismos datos en otro trabajador.

Su calidad precio es imbatible, cualquier programa mucho más caro tiene las mismas características y funcionalidades y en muchos casos son menos potentes. La funcionalidad que conecta directamente con SEPE, Hacienda o Certificados es muy buena y está muy lograda.

Pros

Vengo de usar el NominaPlus de Sage, infinitamente más caro y con las mismas utilidades. De hecho, es mucho mejor DiezNOM que, al menos, permite abrir varias ventanas. Tiene exactamente las mismas funcionalidades y es mucho más intuitivo. A eso hay que añadirle que puedes tenerlo en la nube, cuando en NominaPlus te hacen pagar por tenerlo en la nube. Por nuestra parte, no volveremos a NominPlus, este programa cumple a la perfección con todo lo que necesita una pequeña o mediana asesoría.

Cons

Se echa de menos un gestor de importación de datos. Pasar los datos del programa antiguo al nuevo fue todo un quebradero de cabeza.

Usé la prueba gratuita y me gustó bastante, vi que se ajustaba perfectamente a lo que necesitábamos y estaba en un precio más que razonable.

tras muchos años con un software determinado, me decidí a buscar un programa nuevo por razones tanto económicas, somo un despacho muy pequeño, como funcionales, la adaptación a normativas, formas de relacionarse con la seguridad social, la agencia tributaria..., llevo un mes usándolo y ha sido un acierto .

Pros

conforme voy aprendiendo la forma de trabajar, ya que sólo llevo un mes desde que lo contrate, mejor resultado y partido le voy sacando,. Fundamental es la atención telefónica que te guía y atiendo muy bien (cuando se logra contactar ya que a veces ... somos muchos supongo.

Cons

La atención telefónica a veces se colapsa y debes esperar para resolver una cuestión que urge para poder hacer algún proceso, en especial las primeras semanas de uso en el que las dudas se multiplican. El manual es flojo, mejor usar la atención telefónica.

al ser un despacho pequeño la posibilidad de contratar en función de la necesidad , con muchas opciones en ese aspecto y un precio muy competitivo que puedes adaptar a tus necesidades. También opiniones en foros. Un compendió de coas me hizo decidirme a probarlo.

Poder amoldarlo a tus necesidades ampliando opciones según las vas necesitando

En algunos puntos se nota que es un programa que va creciendo porque hay funciones que aún no están del todo desarrolladas aunque no dudo que estén trabajando en ello
