Cons Demasiados clicks para las cosas. Buscar facturas no es ágil. Hacer el impuesto sobre sociedades requiere bastantes clicks hasta que te traslada los datos al impreso. En el IVA cuesta ver que datos está poniendo en cada apartado, y si crees que uno no es ahí, en vez de hacer click y poder acceder directamente, tienes que buscarlo desde facturas. Le falta mejor navegación. Desde la atención comercial te dan seguridad a la hora de contratar y grandes explicaciones respecto de las aplicaciones. Después la formación inicial fue genial y el servicio de atención al cliente con las dudas que surgen ha sido estupendo en todo momento. Pros Un software con múltiples funcionalidades de muy fácil utilización en comparación con la competencia con la que he trabajado y que está muy bien interrelacionadas entre ellas. Deben incorporar otros filtros que no ofrecen y que el usuario pueda hacer la parametrización de los formularios. Además de algunos procesos deben hacerlos mas faciles y no tan engorrosos. Cuando comencé con el programa (hace unas semanas) me agobié muchísimo, pero hablando con los trabajadores, me fueron guiando y dando pautas y ya me voy haciendo con el programa. Pros Nunca había importado un libro diario desde un excel y aluciné. Cons Quizá sea por constumbre, pero me resulta poco intuitivo la manera de crear clientes o proveedores. Yo crearía un apartado de "Nuevo cliente", "Nuevo proveedor" y que directamente, cuando des click, te cree el número de cliente/proveedor que sigue y comiences a rellenar los datos. Por último debería tener la posibilidad de conectar con los documentos contabilizados, guardándolos en algún archivo o preferiblemente en la nube; a fin de ahorrar papel y tiempo de archivo. Siento una apreciación tan dura, pero es así... No lo he utilizado todavía, y sigo a vuestra disposición para enseñaros mi programa, como ya hice en alguna ocasión... Pros Busco desde hace mucho tiempo un programa de contabilidad, porque mi programa que corre en MSDOS desde hace 30 años es difícil ya de sostener en los actuales sistemas operativos; después de hacer una buena prospección de mercado, me decidí por el vuestro a final de año, pero creo que me equivocado; porque lo más importante de un programa de contabilidad es la introducción de apuntes y en vuestro caso se hace difícil incluso acceder al Diario, para trabajar desde él; y eso lo supe desde el principio, pero aún así, atisbé unas posibilidades de acomodarlo a mi exigencias, en repetidas llamadas. Cons El mío sí "hace vida en el Diario", y desde ahí poder localizar apuntes por importes/cuentas/nº facturas... , acceder a un Mayor muy aseado, replicar apuntes con un simple teclado, introducir renglones en asientos con un simple teclado; tiene acoplada una facturación simple, muy simple, para hacer asientos simples, muy simples; no hay que salir fuera de él para meter facturas expedidas, recibidas,... lo cual se me hace muy difícil de entender, y es una pérdida absoluta de tiempo. Lo que no tiene, efectivamente, es un tratamiento del IVA, como el que se exige al día de hoy.
