A must use feature for all SMEs where we have so little time and so much to do and if data gets deleted it’s a huge hassle. I highly recommend it. However a years back we have faced a situation where our hard drive was corrupted and it took almost 4-5 days to get it replaced and we had left with no data in our hand. Cons Sometimes customers support is very slow, Backend Software is not user friendly. It should be all days in week & minimum 12 hours . Our weekly off is Thursday. This is most inconvenient. Call centre person communication is not good as personal interaction with service technician. It has have significant cost on Microsoft licensing as it acts as a domain controller, storage, firewall, end point controller, backup system, device hardening, VPN server. Cons In their basic level of the support contract Turn Around Time is 2 hours. Reason for choosing BLACKbox It worked out to be cost effective compared to procuring multiple solutions and integrating them. BLACKbox team provides managed services, so we did not have to spend on IT resource also.
