October 29, 2025 5.0 Pros The ease of use for myself and my clients. My clients can view their. Dashboards, which I have filled with products from multiple vendors. It's fantastic having everything in one place. Cons Lack of CRM integration and invoicing process. The lack of CRM integration adds time to the onboarding process and the invoicing step lacks an "approved/ready to order" status. This creates some confusion and again takes more time. All of our schedules and project information stays within the one program and allows collaberation to be easy between team members and clients. Pros It's incredibly easy to navigate and offers a great balance of customization for individual projects. It also includes helpful personalised features like time tracking and to-do lists to help with time management and staying organised. Cons Occasionally there are minor glitches, however, this is typically resolved by refreshing the browser. A smoother experience without the need for refreshing would be ideal. Review Source Rome L. I am not very satisfied with the price for subscription that is why I have only one team member. Maybe having several packages would be nice as some features I never use (like invoices, taxes, purchases). But I like the Programa idea and that it is being updated all the time. Keeping everything in one place is very convenient. I have some suggestions like upgrading the timeline to Gant chart. Or making it more mobile friendly. But the overall experience is good. Thank you for your work! Pros Specifications. Ability to have access every time and share with a client. Tasks and timeline view. Cons I never use invoices as I don’t make purchases, all work is being done remotely with a client. I just give a project and a client continue implementing it. What I don’t like is that the website is not comfortable to view on the phone. Specifications are not editable on the phone. Very difficult to work with. January 14, 2025 4.0 Customer service is fantastic and responsive, and the learning curve was quick and easy! We definitely recommend watching tutorial videos to save time as some things are simple but not always obvious and intuitive. Pros The clean, simple and easily customized interface. It allows us to set it up to suit our business model and processes, unlike most other software on the market that assumes all design businesses use the same model. Cons There are only a few tweaks we would like to see improved and some fields added. They don't hinder the performance, necessarily, but will increase how we are able to use Programa. First, the visibility of pricing information when sharing procurement info with the client. Second, the categories were clearly made for another country, based on their terminology and what interior designers are concerned with vs. architects or builders. Right now we can't customize the categories, which would really help for US businesses. Last, the speed of large schedules. We create multiple schedules for material categories instead of relying on sections in one large schedule. For a whole house, the volume of items slows down navigation too much to place them all in one schedule. This isn't too much of a problem except for the time it takes to share 12 schedules instead of one. We were able to seamlessly integrate Programa into our everyday work flow. It has greatly decreased the time we were using to source and procure items and allows for an intuitive upkeep of orders. Also, any issues or questions our team has had have been quickly addressed by a Programa support member. Cons Being that Programa is still relatively new, there are a few kinks that had to be worked out. But, even since joining less than a year ago, many improvements have already been made- like the ability to integrate with QuickBooks! July 7, 2023 5.0 I love that Program is ever evolving and continuously improving. Requests and suggestions for upgrades and improvements are always received with open arms. The team working on the platform understand the process of an interior designer so the software is relevant and practical. There is always a prompt response from the help desk and nothing is ever too much trouble. Fantastic support and training tools. Always something new to learn and up skill in the way you use Programa. I have been here from the start and I am not going anywhere else. Pros \- Simple and easy to use- A live document so less chance of sharing an old schedule- Branded to my company and a professional way to present to my clients- A central place to store not only client related projects, but business projects and administration- The team and customer service is outstanding! Cons The only improvement I could mention is in the invoicing section. In the past it felt a little clunky to use, it may have been improved recently. I think from memory last time I didn't like when you pulled the items over from a Schedule it ended up out of sequence and no way to update the pricing of an item if the item ws changed after the invoice was generated. I'm excited to see how efficient and professional we become over the next few months as we learn all of the functionality. Thank you for your product Programa, we are in love. Pros I thought we were running a pretty efficient operation until I came across Programa. To be honest I didn't really think we needed it as we were already doing everything that it does 'in house'. But I gave it a go and 3 weeks later it has already had a big impact in improving our efficiency and it's only going to get better. Cons It takes a little while to work out the best way to use the software but all good things take time and the support is amazing. It's really intuitive once you know where to click on things. And the team at Programa are so helpful as well and they always reply SO QUICKLY! Nothing I've experienced with other softwares before Pros The feature I like the most is the scheduling. How schedules are made EASILY and now I actually enjoy making them! They always look clean , concise, and always up to date. The clipper is also a life saver that takes SOOO much time away from this time consuming task !! Cons The only thing I would like to see improved is being able to filter and export by filters on the schedule. There is another workaround it that they have showed me but it would be so much more seamless to have it integrated. Pros Being able to see the status of all projects at once is very helpful. Having (almost everything) together helps me keep things under control and on top of my daily work activities. Cons A more integrated client portal would improve this software. Pinboards are somewhat clunky with image preparation taking more time than I would like, prior to adding it into Programa. The program in general in sensational, I would love to see the rest of our A&D Reps within HNC use it as well. Pros x Ease of use; I had no issues picking up everything quickly + \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was always there to give me a hand. Her tutorials and assistance are invaluable. x Efficient specifying tools; the clipping tool is a game changer. x Overall format of schedules; everything looks really professional and is organised clearly. Cons x Lack of customisation to presentations/schedules i.e. company colours, size logo, etc. x Customisation of what is included i.e. pricing, notes, etc on shared and exported schedules. I love where the software is heading and the really responsive customer support. Overall it has been quite smooth and I'm looking forward to seeing how the platform grows. Pros The customer service is fantastic and very responsive. The team is open to feedback and ideas and willing to make changes based on our experience.Being an Australian-developed product, they understand how our local industry operates and might differ from some overseas markets (though they do cater to these markets too). The recently released client dashboard and approvals features are good and makes the platform much more usable and well-rounded. Cons The invoicing feature needs development (but I know it's on the roadmap). The ability to pass on credit card transaction fees to customers is critical to make this usable for our business.I also find the Purchase Order process a little clunky.And lastly, I wish the UI was a bit bigger overall so its easier to see. Pros Scheduling has made our life infinitely easier. Creating new products is simple and the web clipper almost eliminates opportunity for errors. A huge time saver. Cons Would love direct integration with suppliers, with rep details automatically updating as they change roles/companies. Would also allow suppliers to log-in and directly provide pricing (eliminating double handling) for projects rather than replying to emails. Great tool for scheduling with robust features, coupled with one of the best support staff who knows what they are doing. Cons Invoicing with Xero could be improved - it works, but the fee from payment processor (Stripe) is quite high.
