"Salesforce Marketing Cloud is the best!"

**Overall:** I love Salesforce Marketing Cloud! I can schedule out tasks, follow ups and export potential data that some marketing is working or some is not and tweak our approach to potential new leads.

**Pros:** Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a great tool for us to reach out leads in a fast and efficient way. The easy use of having email templates on there saved under different usages is huge!

**Cons:** Salesforce Marketing Cloud does have new leads put in their information but sometimes leads put in non valid phone numbers or emails so that makes it hard to follow up.

"Marketing Cloud and Salesforce are a powerful combination."

**Overall:** We have had a very positive experience with Marketing Cloud. It is a powerful tool, especially when combined with Salesforce.

**Pros:** Marketing Cloud integrates well with Salesforce. We schedule and automate communications, deriving the audience from live Salesforce data.

**Cons:** There is a significant learning curve with Marketing Cloud. The Marketing Cloud user interface seems disjointed.
