Almost an identical opinion and review as I have of its sister company; Sales Force Essentials- Its amazing and everything you could possibly want or need but....It is pricey. Especially, if you're in the very early stages of creating a startup and you're on a tight budget. If you have wiggle room- I say, YES! Invest in yourself, your business and the future of both!

Pros

Any user that is given access, is able to customize their own portal, site, or files in general. As a business owner who prides herself in originality- that is HUGE! To be able to express myself freely; helps it not feel so much like work!

Cons

Just like other Salesforce software and programs...their largest "con" is pricing. Huge strike against them and their brand if it is a company on a new and strict budget! I feel like the pricing is also; off. It doesn't match. I see something I'm thinking 'yeah that's $2.99' and come to find out I was wrong and it was; $12.99 (just an example!), and vice versa the same is true.

If you're already using other clouds on Salesforce, Marketing Cloud is a great cloud to be on to manage campaigns, automation, and track information all within one system.

Cons

There are a lot of layers, needs a little onboarding assistance to get the hang of it.

No hay una atención Rápida ni personalizad en caso de levantar un ticket por cualquier tema que tengamos con la aplicación

It aids in the automation of all marketing processes across all channels such as email, web, and mobile. It's analytics and reporting capabilities allow you to measure and optimize the performance of campaigns and ads, resulting in lower marketing costs.

Cons

When you send a test email to get a sneak peak as a recipient, it takes a long time to be delivered to your inbox, which is inconvenient. Furthermore, SFDC has a diverse product portfolio, even within each of their services. As a result, before using the tool to it's full potential, some training is required.

I've been using salesforce for 3+ years to keep track of prospects, leads, escalation cases and identifying sales qualified leads. It's a great tool for marketing and sales team collaboration. Also integrates nicely with many other tools.

Pros

Salesforce Marketing Cloud is critical to managing our Marketo forms and making sure they turn into actionable next steps for our CX team that we can then track.

Cons

Salesforce is extremely complex and requires a salesforce admin to really help us make the most of the tool.

An amazing platform that is used for many different aspects of marketing. Great for email marketing and marketing automation. It is easy to use and carry out marketing campaigns and manage leads based on their activities. Great for providing personalisation to the visitors and prospects. Furthermore, offers great customer services.

Cons

It is pricey when compared to others in the market. Updates are annoying for users that come every fortnight. UI could have been improved.

I love Salesforce products. I think investing in the cloud solutions was one of the best decisions my team has made. We are able to manage our social channels with ease.

Pros

If you are using other Salesforce Cloud solutions this easily integrates into your overall marketing strategy. The support team is very helpful and answers question in a timely fashion. They are great to work with!

Cons

If you don't use other Salesforce Cloud solutions you won't get all the benefits of this tool. It really helps to use all Saleforce products if you want synergy among all of your initiatives. It is a costly investment, but if you are willing to spend the money the cloud solutions can really help grow your business and make your team more efficient.

Software super completo, adatto a soddisfare le esigenze di tutti coloro che fanno lead management ed email marketing, che dovranno però abituarsi ad una interfaccia un po' macchinosa e poco snella.

Pros

Mi è piaciuto il fatto che aggiungere nuovi lead sia davvero un gioco da ragazzi.Si inseriscono le varie informazioni e da lì si possono iniziare a gestire le varie attività.Molto intuitivo e facile da gestire la gestione email marketing. Si può programmare facilmente le email da mandare e a chi. Inoltre, si possono creare tanti template diversi, ed in fase di programmazione email, si seleziona il template di nostro interesse, e l'utente riceverà esattamente quella comunicazione.

Cons

Non mi piace tanto l'interfaccia, che dal mio punto di vista risulta essere troppo macchinosa, e potrebbe essere notevolmente alleggerita.

Pros

Very straight-forward and work flows can be created to match needs. Allows you to use the software to be efficient, not have to force it to work for you.

Cons

It does a lot of things so if it is not customized properly you likely will struggle with processes and workflows.

Pros

This software is an online SAAS, and is some of the most powerful Marketing Software on the planet. The software is best used in an environment where personalized, but mass email communication is needed--typically for B2C situations. Pardot is an ideal product for B2B solutions. Although the product can be configured and used by end-users, it is best to work with a partner.

Cons

There are many updates needed in order to make the software work in a more user-friendly fashion, particularly when compared with less powerful solutions, like Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc. A Salesforce partner will cost additional money to implement the solution, but it is a good investment.

Pros

everything worked, at least for me. some people felt it was a struggle to setup - I view these frustrations mostly as poor CRM administration and guidance

Cons

I liked the software; I like the customizability of Sugar CRM I want to see Salesforce rather than compete - reimagine crm. perhaps buy sugarcrm

Wide array of pre-built customizable templates for websites and the sites built on experience cloud sit on top of brandes company website.

Cons

I came to know about this cloud, when salesforce rebranded it, but it needs to licensed separately for different profiles eventhouth it closely sits with service cloud.

Great UX, wide selection of customizable options; reliable source of contact list/lead management

Cons

The SF outlook plugin can definitely do better - glitchy, love the outlook email sync function to tracking directly on track activity but it is a lot of manual clicking involved to get responded emails on tracking activities

I like how the platform is user-friendly because it uses multiple databases to categories contacts more effectively, making it easy to access all contact information.

Cons

Although it is more expensive, onboarding the entire team is a significant cost for us. Aside from that, everything appears to be excellent, and it is the best product on the market.

It's a very powerful tool with flexibility and dynamic logic no other product can cover (checked)

Cons

Terrible free support. It's a 50/50 chance to hit the person that will get the job done or just autoreply you till the end of time. Forcing you to switch to "premium support" like you already didn't pay enough for the product that is not cheap at all.

Pros

The drag-and-drop interface of Salesforce Marketing Cloud makes it simple to create emails. This simplifies the process of adding new designs to my email. Furthermore, the ability to change individual content blocks is useful because it means that if I make a mistake, it will not affect the entire email.

Cons

Although the platform is quite expensive, I do not believe my company is adequately compensated for it. Customer service has been at best mediocre. We've had a number of issues that have taken a long time to resolve, leaving me and my coworkers frustrated and unable to assist.

Les tableaux de bord dès l'accès à la plateforme sont très clairs et permettent de visualiser rapidement le statut des différents marchés en cours.La fonctionnalité cloud est très pratique et permet à l'ensemble de nos collaborateurs d'accéder à Salesforce.

Cons

En cas de non connexion à internet, il n'est plus possible d'accéder à Salesforce. Je comprends que ce soit le principe du fonctionnement Cloud mais ceci peut être handicapant pour les commerciaux en déplacement.

Marketing Cloud es una forma estupenda de gestionar fácilmente nuestras cuentas de redes sociales, las publicaciones en Facebook y las soluciones de automatización del correo electrónico. Como esta plataforma está integrada en nuestro sitio web, sigue siendo muy fácil contar con proveedores externos y soluciones de software que se integren en ella. Un ejemplo de ello es que todavía utilizamos Mailchimp para ayudar a gestionar nuestro canal de correo electrónico a pesar de que Marketing Cloud ofrece una solución de correo electrónico como parte de su software..

Cons

Poca formación a menos que se compre por separado.Puede ser muy abrumador al principio aprender Marketing Cloud en su conjunto.Es caro para las pequeñas empresas; puede llevar mucho tiempo aprender a usarloServicio al cliente poco efectivo

My overall experience with Salesforce has been very good. It generates more efficiency in our daily work and increases our companies sales and marketing activities.

Pros

Salesforce offers a comprehensive CRM solution with a lot of really good features. The analytics and reporting capabilities are excellent and the amount of customizable features is ridiculous. It is also easy to integrate with other apps which is one of it's most important features.

Cons

Salesforce can be complex and the price is also quite high. But if you want the best, you have to pay for it. In my opinion, Salesforce it the best CRM solution that i have used.

SFMC is an application that makes life easy.

Pros

was really simple to use, comprehend, and navigate, and it offered helpful automated marketing capabilities that made reaching a big audience straightforward. The email builder is absolutely great with its drag and drop functions and the ability to preview and send a test email to yourself to view how the email looks like before sending it out to a larger audience makes it an absolutely wonderful application.

Cons

The only con i can think of is not being able to add video content to your email and not being able to add more than a 5MB file (image).

Tiene muchas funciones que ayudan a crear campañas de Marketing digital, email marketing con plantillas y todo, una segmentación muy decente a la verdad y unas opciones de visualización de los progresos bastante bien lograda

Cons

Es muy caro, yo no lo pagaba, pero me parecía muy caro para lo que lo usábamos. Mi equipo dejó de usarlo por este motivo
