Building reports is difficult in salesforce. When i worked at Forcepoint and used this site daily, it always took most of my time during the day to build that report.

Pros

Pros

As with other Salesforce products, the customization is key. This seems to have the least capabilities on all the clouds, but it is constantly improving, so there is that hope

Cons

The support and functionality does not compare in anyway to the other clouds. We recently had to change license types and the only solution was to re-create all our users because the technology was not there. Mind you,it took 4 months to get this answer since no one knows about community products in support

From a programmer's perspective, nothing.

Cons

\-Queries give no feedback on completion status -SLOW -Works inconsistently (Eg. adding a field to a data extension can take from 5 seconds 5 minutes or never finish) -Query editor has the same functionality as Windows notepad -Look and feel of the software looks like it's from the 90s

Pros

It gets the job done for an ESP. It had a good native integration with Litmus. I liked the reporting feature that visually showed where users where clicking in an email.

Cons

It doesn't have as many advanced automation features as products like Marketo and isn't as inuitive to use as Hubspot. The customer service and sales team was probably the worst I've seen from an enterprise product. Even though it's owned by Salesforce, it isn't as well integrated as Marketo. It's playing catch up.

Pros

I can truly recommend Salesforce. Its efficiency saves you time that you can spend on analyzing your market. Everyone I know who is a customer seems to love it and utilize it to the fullest. Give it a try - I believe you will love it!

Cons

Takes a bit to learn how to use, but the customer service is so great that it doesn't really matter.

I believe this item will help me in the long run, but it is very frustrating for me to set this up because there has not been enough training provided to me and my team. The capabilites of this product are huge and that was why I purchased the package but it is not the easiest thing to set up especially if you have a previous CRM system your trying to gather information out of and import into salesforce.

Pros

The product has alot to offer but if you don't know what your trying to accomplish, it is very frustrating to set up.

Cons

The set up of this product is not easy if your not well aware of the product beforehand. It is difficult to gather existing information from a previous CRM sytem and import it into Salesforce.

Pros

It's one of the most popular CRM, so most people are familiar with it. As such, it integrates with several other software tools out there.

Cons

The UX/UI isn't very good, unless it's all you're used to. Also opening a ticket with customer support is a pain, especially if you don't have a Salesforce login (I've tried both with and without.). The HubSpot integration has also been a huge pain, at least in my personal experience.

Salesforce CRM lead file creations, linking and documents uploads can prove cumbersome and confusing when there are customer name or other data file changes, such that some leads can become a labryinth when not set up properly at the outset.

Cons

Could do with a quick log call option to help cold calling and lead generation. That is a thing that I think will make your system top.

Make more money in sales using salesforce.

Pros

I have tried using salesforce back when I was working in a publishing company doing outbound sales calls. It is convenient to use because there are less buttons to click and it is easy to find the information in one look of the system.

Cons

I cannot thing of any negative comments about using salesforce because I have enjoyed using this software for more than a year and the company where I previously worked is still using the same system.
