Salesforce is an extremely powerful and useful tool. I would recommend it to any large scale business that has many accounts and needs to stay on top of all of them all the time.

Pros

It can be customized good compatibility with pandora

Cons

Price. Even though it is definitely worth it. I just wish this was A little more affordable. Compared to other brands, but it is the best.

I would recommend this product although I would still prefer the non-cloud based sales force over this product

Pros

This product gives you the ability to manage everything virtually while keeping all the great features a regular Sales force application brings. Its extremely user-friendly and easy to learn.

Cons

Sales Force community cloud can be slightly on the slower side at times and there are some bugs that hamper the true potential of the application from time to time as well.

Small alterations are not indicated on history log. Some activities are hard to figure out how to work. Salesforce is not an intuitive software.

There are vastly more features offered with this CRM when compared to the competition (zohoo, Microsoft CRM). It offers customization for almost all of the features so that you can only work with the tools and settings you need. The preset templates for reports are useful.

\- Customization - Preset Templates for easy use - Powerful Search tool - Sync calendar and contacts with private e-mail

\- Difficult to reach customer service - Requires a significant amount of time to learn how to use everything

Salesforce could be the market leader but they have to constantly thrive to win new businesses and treat them all as same to be there for a prolonged period of time.

Pros

The consultants were quick to establish the business objective and provided alternates to tackle the business and process bottlenecks

Cons

They were not showing up an inclination to close the deal and win the business, the overall lead time was way too long than the competitors in the market

Cons

This software can be hard to learn. There is a lot to learn about it and how it works. It is very intricate and requires a lot of time.
