The Jurny team took the time to understand our goals from the very beginning. No matter who we speak with at Jurny, whether it’s management or support, our experience has been nothing short of 5-stars.

Pros

The system is almost entirely turnkey. We were able to quickly integrate Jurny into our properties and since doing so we are saving countless hours every day. Among other things, guest also seem to love using the app, which is extremely beneficial as it contributes to an overall positive stay.

Cons

I guess as a “smaller” operator it’s a little more expensive than we would like, but at the end of the day, Jurny is a net positive contributor to our bottom line, so no complaints and most definitely worth it.

### "Glitchy software, Stay Away from this company!"

When I first learned about Jurny, I was sold. I wanted to use this software for my company and my business; they offered everything I was looking for in one place, I sent a Demo request, and it took them at least 15 days to write back (first red flag). I still give them a go. I wanted to start with one property in their system, they don't offer a trial period (Red Flag two), but I was talked into enrolling three. Since they offered a discount if I pay the full year all at once, I pay for the full year for all three (My biggest mistake) that's how invested I was in this software! Now after two months using the software I just want Out to be able to explore other softwares and been asking for a cancellation (I don't have a mandatory minimun contract with them) and Refund since december 5th (now december 31st) and after many back and forward emails they keep doing like they don read what I'm asking for, and many times they didn't even aswer my emails, I can't work with a company that doesn't aswer emails on high season for vacation homes!

Pros

None, Looks good but doesn't deliver what they promise, nothing works as it suppose to work

Cons

Internal Server Error will become the usual message every time you use their software; you will have to go through support for every single little thing you need to get done. KB is horrible with vague video guides with no audio, articles poorly written. And the customer service is subpar. Also the integretion with the OTA is terrible I have to rewrite and acommodate property description in all of them because of syncing errors or bad code.

Very happy we are using Jurny and I'd definitely recommend to others.

Pros

Great Interface and very easy to use. The support staff is second to none and really helps my business be successful.

Cons

Jurny is a startup with a great vision and I'm confident they will achieve all their goals. There are a few minor details with the calendar and pricing that could be improved for easier use. I'm able to accomplish all my goals but with a few tweaks there could be fewer ste3ps.

### "Great company! "

I am wowed by the caring and detail-oriented staff who have helped me/us set up our property on Jurny. From the first demo on, they have always answered all of our questions. Their customer service goes well beyond the day we signed up with them. There is no way that we could have done this without their help. They have helped us navigate around every corner as we are growing our STR beyond just being an Airbnb listing.

Pros

Getting everything set up online can be confusing. The support team was great! They walked me through step-by-step and always answered all my questions.

Cons

In the STR industry (in general), there were so many potential hosting tools I still needed to learn about & to set into place before expanding past ONLY listing on Airbnb. I’m one of those people who want to make sure that every box is checked & double checked before going live. The Jurny team was excellent in helping me through that process, but with me wanting to make sure everything was perfect, there sure was a lot to cover.

### "RUN!!! Promise the moon and can't even deliver the sky."

Horrible experience! Wasted a lot of time and resources and ended up having to drop them. They still charged me.

Pros

Looked Really good from the demo but failed to deliver.

Cons

They set crazy expectations in the demo and tell you they can do almost everything then make you do ALL the work for onboarding including manually entering each properties information. They do not have a full Airbnb integration causing a ton of manual work. They claim to work with all of your current systems (I.E Locks, Guest communication, task management systems but then make you switch to there systems. They claim to have "Free on Boarding" but then charge you for "first month service" as a "deposit" then make you do all the onboarding work. Good luck canceling because they wont refund any of the charges! They have a good concept and look really good until you are actually "in" then you realize they way over promised and have ALOT of bugs and integrations to work out. They might be good in a few years but for now I don't have time to be your guinea pig.

### "They make it so easy"

They have made it so easy to manage my vacation rentals to the point that they are almost on autopilot. I'm really glad I found Jurny and decided to take the leap to work with them.

Pros

Jurny makes it incredibly easy to manage my vacation rentals. I was doing everything myself on Airbnb and Vrbo before signing up with them and it was taking me a lot of time. Everything is found in one place on their dashboard so I dont have to log into other systems, including Airbnb and Vrbo (only very rarely now). I also really like that they include smart locks and thermostats with my package, and now I dont have to worry about changing the codes after each guest. The platform is really nice and easy to use, and the hands-on support that we get from their team is top-notch.

Cons

There arent many cons with this software because it really does cover 99% of my needs.

I think until know is good, I really like the support and the way they manage the communication with my clients and with me. The problem I have is that sometimes I think the prices are a little bit cheap but im in my three first months, hope that change. Also, like I told before, a really hope we can acces to the calendar throguh the app, because its a nightmare when you are in the street and want to see your calendar.

Pros

The app and service enables me to manage over 10 properties with one customer service representative. Also simple to use, and enabled me to get rid of over 5 different technologies that I used to manage a variety of processes.

Some of the new features are in Beta - so learning how to use them took me about 30 minutes.

Overall very positive. I genuinely enjoy using it and am downright fascinated by NIA data scientist- practically Chatgpt you can converse with about your property performance and metrics, all while viewing its analytical process. Jurny is building something great.

Pros

Super innovative. Constantly adding new mind-blowing features, has a built in AI assistant, excellent client support with personal CSM, practically infinite settings and options to keep discovering. Love how much value is provided- this is not 'just a PMS'.

Cons

I do experience glitches. Likely due to the ever evolving platform, this is technically both a pro and a con. However it does impact my operations and can be frustrating. I expect this to improve over time and feedback. Also, the platform is sometimes confusing as there can be a lack of clarity over what settings actually translate to / execute.

Absolutely positive. I would recommend any STR or MTR owner/manager to give Jurny a try. There are so many integrations that are included with your subscription. And, so many software programs that integrate with Jurny. It is a breeze. We are a growing company. Currently we have 25 doors. Even when we reach 100+ doors, we will continue to use Jurny. We can definitely grow with Jurny. It would be insane to go anywhere else.

Pros

My personal Account representative is the BEST: super knowledgeable and quick to respond. Few PMS companies have that unless you pay for it. It's great because he knows me, my previous issues, etc. And, unlike going to a customer service call center/email center, he is already familiar with me and my company. Their NIA AI feature is fantastic and always my first step if there is something I feel I do not understand. It is simple, direct and explains step by step which is fantastic for me (I am not the most tech savvy person!). Finally, Jurny actually listens to their customers. There are tweaks and suggestions I have provided my Personal Account Rep. and literally, in a few weeks, those upgrades were put into play! Amazing! Prior to on-boarding Jurny, I tried 2 other of the "big name" softwares. I hated both of them. Lack of customer support and being extremely clunky and non-user friendly made me drop both of them. I waited nearly a year and researched many other software companies. I kept coming back to Jurny. I kept comparing all the others to Jurny. After a while, I stopped the software hunt and went all in with Jurny. Best technology move I have done!

Cons

Initially, their mobile app was lacking and we all know as STR owners/managers, we not always in front of a laptop. I realized that was because they were focused on the full program. In a very short time, they focused on their app. That is where my suggestions have really been heard. It's getting better and better literally every day.

The customer support (in my case with \[sensitive content hidden\]) is excellent — always attentive and ready to help. I love being able to automate guest messages, manage traveler registration, and have Nia respond in different languages. The coordination with Wheelhouse is also a big plus. Everything works great, and I will definitely stay with Jurny.

Pros

Jurny offers an intuitive platform with a clean interface, making it easy to manage properties and reservations. The automation features save a lot of time, especially with guest communication and check-in processes. Thanks to Nia, the AI super-agent, guest interactions and support are much faster and more efficient.

Cons

Everything works great for me. Nothing negative to comment. If I had to suggest something, it would be the option to upload short videos for arrival guides, especially for properties that are more difficult to access.

Overall, Jurny has been our go-to channel manager. It's essential in our operations to track bookings, financials, special notes, correspondence, guest history, messaging, automation, etc. With more and more bookings being direct,

It really consolidates all aspects of our property management into a single environment. As our business has grown to include other channels, most importantly our direct bookings, Jurny has made it a focal point of our operation to manage everything that matters in our business seamlessly. Integration with AirBnB, our primary channel, has been great.

Cons

ONE: You must have better integration with VRBO. It's still pretty weak. Also, our payment processing with VRBO charges the guest for their entire stay all at once, which has aggravated some guests. Maybe this is a setting that I haven't addressed on my part. But if not, you may consider options for guests payments to be made incrementally on VRBO. TWO: It would be nice if you could set up a default property so that a user doesn't need to keep selecting it in a pull-down. as we only have the one property currently, going to it by default would be simpler in the UI. It wouldn't change anything for those going to a different property, either, as they would have to make a pull-down selection regardless of whether it went to a default property or none at all. You could even make a selection box for "make this my default". Every time I have to pull down to re-select my property whenever I move to a different screen is time and effort. I'm sure I'm not the only user who feels this way. THREE: Updates to channels from Wheelhouse could be faster. FOUR: We cannot change the email assigned to us from Jurny for Wheelhouse. Kind of inconvenient, although we manage.

Wheelhouse integration was essential. We also like the Jurny UI, which took a bit to get familiar with, but only because of the number of features. NOTE: we don't use the Jurny app. We use the WEBSITE on both desktop and mobile. It works really well and we like that we aren't dealing with two dramatically different user interface experiences.

Pros

The customer support... I started with the JURNY software a few months ago ...and my support team, \[sensitive content hidden\] , were really incredible in how they are always there for me. If I have a question or problem, they provide the information I need VERY quickly and with attention to detail, as well as helpful insights from their years of experience! I only have one property, and I know that it is recommended to have at least 3, and I can see why; because the JURNY software is challenging to get fully acquainted with, and having at least 3 properties makes it all worthwhile, as it's most difficult with the first property... and the learning one does for the first property triples the value.

Our overall experience has been wonderful! Customer support is a 10 star, and the platform is so easy to use! Jurny is worth every penny we pay for the service.

Pros

Everything is wrapped up on one software! Plus, we enjoy all the AI features that Jurny is rolling out.

Cons

I do wish it was easier to upload photos to a listing. Also, VRBO inquires is hard to figure out, but that could be a VRBO thing that Jurny has no power over.

We like the ease of use of the Jurny console and the integration of 3rd some 3rd party tools that make running a bnb easier.

Cons

Limited support in Australian time zone. They are always accommodating but sometimes. They always release new features but training seems limited.

it gives me the tools to manage our place on our own, which is wonderful but some of the items don’t always feel smooth. I’m still very satisfied with the product and wouldn’t trade it.

Pros

I like that it does the smart pricing and a lot of stuff just happens automatically. I really like that. I have a main contact person. \[sensitive content hidden\] is amazing and has helped me so much because it takes a while to learn all the intricacies.

Cons

I really wish they had a 800 Customer Service number. Sometimes you’re in a pinch and I don’t think that email support general email has ever gotten back to me in a timely manner.
