## What is DoggieDashboard?

DoggieDashboard is online business management software for dog daycares, kennels, groomers, trainers and walkers. It's free to use for the first 10 clients and pets you save in your database. There are features for invoicing, redeemable passes, appointment scheduling, SMS and email appointment reminders, check-in and check-out and more. DoggieDashboard does everything but credit card processing. Use Clover or Square for that, they're great!

For the price the features and customer service are outstanding. It is very easy to navigate and use, and clients seem happy with booking page.

Pros

I love the variety of features available on doggie dashboard. The marketing oage itself has so many features, in addition to all the services it supports you adding.

Cons

There is no "daily" option for recurring appointments it only give weekly, monthly, etc and often i have clients that book multiple days a week

So far, so good. I have been using the program for a short amount of time but the ease of using it and the help that the tutorials give make it very simple.

Pros

I love the fact that we can talk to an actual person that listens to our suggestions and tries to help in all the ways that he can.

Cons

I would like there to be something that wasn't just web based. However, the ease of using the program and the price point are great so it is easy to overlook this.

Pros

Very straightforward software that is inexpensive and user friendly for clients! Love the ability to send and gets signatures on waivers digitally!

Cons

Would love to be able to categorize and add labels to different dog groups. Ie. Groom client, or Daycare client, or Training Classes. Would also love to have the ability to select either "due by" or "preformed on" dates for vaccinations as some owners seem to add the date the vaccine was given instead of when it's next due automatically making them overdue in the system.

My overall experience with Doggie Dashboard is great! It is easy to use, priced great and enables me to keep my business organized. I highly recommend!

Pros

I highly recommend Doggie Dashboard! Doggie Dashboard's pricing is exceptional. I would pay a lot more for the program. Customer support is great with quick, personal responses. I am able to keep all of our pup's information organized including ease of use with the scheduling system and payment recording. The "New Client Registration" option for clients is also great, coz it saves a lot of administrative time and clients like setting up the accounts up themselves. Being able to add a button for the new client registration to my website is great, coz clients can find the form easily. There are also videos for almost every section or problem you may have including step by step instructions for all of the features.

Cons

The only thing I do not like is that there is not a way to receive payments, because I would prefer to do everything in one place verses have a different program for payments.

We have used DoggieDashboard for about 8 years with ease. Our clients found the reminders, e-mails and message boards very professional and we appreciated the automatic reminders sent out for appointments. Whenever I had a question or couldn't find what I was looking to do, I would simply message Patrcik and he was always very responsive, professional and helped me find the tools I was looking for. The cost for this is VERY reasonable and in my humble opinion, well worth it. It has been an exceptional value for our business.

Pros

DoggieDashboard has been a great asset to our canine camp business. Although we don't fall under the typical dog boarding or dog daycare, the versatility of Doggie Dashboard made it easy to keep track of appointments, finances, reports, clients and the pups!

Cons

Some of the options are only available for an upgraded membership, which makes sense. I chose to keep the basic membership and take extra steps or clicks to get the information I needed.

Overall wonderful experience! Very user friendly and if you do have trouble tutorials are provided throughout the system. If you still can't figure something out the customer service is also outstanding!

Pros

We love Doggie Dashboard! Very user friendly, affordable, and has everything I need to run my small business! Also, the scheduling feature is so convenient and easy to use! You can even customize a lot of options on the new client form and owner/pet info pages. I can't say enough good things about this system!

Cons

The only thing I would change is adding customizable boxes for the kennel cards. This may even be an option I haven't found yet, but would love to add a small checklist for things to be done during pets stay. Ex. Bath, nail trim, update/pictures, add-ons, report card, etc. I currently write this on every single kennel card so having it print automatically would be awesome!

We have a doggie daycare, grooming, trying, boarding facility. This covers it all plus reports. Customer service is great too. Can’t beat the price and not like other programs that we have used that will go down for some reason at the worst times of the day.

Pros

All the features. Grooming, boarding, and training all in one. Price is great and they are always adding new features.

Cons

Nothing at the moment that we dislike about doggie dashboard. We are a small facility so this works great.

It keeps my business on track I would be lost without it! Can’t wait for the new features and payment processing.

Pros

I have been using doggie dashboard for around 3 years now. We love it. My clients love it! We have never had a use. Customer service is great! We accidentally deleted one of our customers and her history and \[sensitive content hidden\] was able to find it and we restored her information.

Cons

Wish I didn’t have to go in my recurring appointments to add reminders every month. Because sometimes we forget and our clients do too.

Overall it has been everything I hoped for, truly. I look forward to the advancements it makes over time.

Pros

It has a lot of very well thought out features. Like: Pet Report Cards Redeemable Passes Kennel Selection But more so, it just helps you get your crap together as a small business. Especially with dogs, there is an absurd amount of information coming your way. Being able to have someone who thought of the client and made it easy to get all of that stuff in one place, very easy to look-up, for a price that's affordable to a small business?! It's truly a no brainer. My only fear is what the heck are we going to do if \[sensitive content hidden\] kicks the bucket!? Take your vitamins!!

Cons

Most people would agree that use the service... visuals are a con. For my team, they're like old people seeing an iPhone for the first time. It's truly a spectacle. The colors are very bright and saturated in some areas, and the writing is all over the place. So you really have to pay attention to every detail as you go, or you may miss something. It's not that way for the client. Mainly just for the admin.
