For me as a small business owner, CRM.io is great value for many and the other in the business suite included application is just a great plus.

Pros

CRM.io is part of the huge suite for business owners. It is part of 500apps, which has so many application that I'm not yet even using all of them.

Cons

The learning curve of all the application is quite big, but they have excellent support team as well as video trainings.

With CRM.io we can easily organise my leads, sales and keep my team on track with follow-up and remainder. The visual dashboard is exceptional and effortless to navigate.

Cons

Although learning a new system can be challenging, I must say that the support I received from 500# team made the process a breeze.

The pricing model of this software is the most appealing, very cost-effective for starting up in business. Also, it is part of a much bigger enterprise that I can get access and integrate to.

Cons

The platform is very laggy and the performance could still be improved. functionality should also be easy to customize just like any other CRM.

Pros

I like the fact that there are many solutions included into one platform (sales, marketing, revenue, etc....), which makes our lives so much easier because pretty much everyone at the company can use the same CRM at the same time.

Cons

It is sometimes necessary to come to a halt during the day due to service problems in the CRM as we are reliant on it for everything. Moreover, I am concerned that we are losing data or missing important information regarding our deals.

One of the most interesting things about 500apps is the fact that we can do full transactions on CRM.io from purchase orders to giving delivery notes. It's a surprisingly simple but powerful CRM platform.

Cons

500apps could partner with more e-commerce giants like Amazon, Sopify, Flipkart, and the more involved it gets with the more e-commerce giants, the more recognized it becomes

Pros

In my experience with CRM.io, all of my company's critical processes have been simplified. Our sales team can now track sales opportunities and view funnel reports, while our marketing team can email and tag contacts to specific audiences based on their demographics. In addition, our project unit has better follow-up and control capabilities, reworking capabilities and alerts, and truthful information for decision-making for the management team. Overall, CRM.io has been a very positive experience for me.

Cons

It would be great if we could report across more modules - For some of our issues and requirements.

Pros

With CRM.io, I can easily set up a CRM without professional assistance or prior coding knowledge. I can easily set up a powerful CRM using only their get started videos and onboarding support. However, it does require patience and time to set up. In addition, I can upload large amounts of customer data directly from a CSV file, saving a great deal of time.

Cons

Getting CRM.io reporting to the level expected by enterprises is still a work in progress.

Pros

Contacts can be imported easily and lists can be created according to contact type or connection type. Organizing my contacts is easy with this feature. The fact that I can add other users allows me to view the chronological timeline of all contact points without having to spend time with our employees. Easy and fast way to send emails to specific lists.

Cons

It takes a little longer to adopt and implement CRM.io than the other software we used, but once it is customized to your needs it becomes way easier to use.
