Other software had a lot of bells and whistles, but Yardi is simple. Pros I absolutely love Yardi. It is user-friendly and error-proof. It will not allow you to save if you are missing something critical. This goes a long way in HUD properties. Cons There was really nothing bad about Yardi that stands out. If I had to find one, it would be that pulling reports was hard to navigate. Yardi Kube simply put my account on auto pay which I did not authorize. Pros it does the job for the landlord I guess. Cons I use manual pay as default, because it puts me in control. Yardi Kube simply initiated payment (auto pay) on Saturday night, so I had to run to the bank and transfer money on a Sunday. The ease of booking reservations and or editing them surpassed my expectations. Monthly invoices should be checked ahead of time ( before they go out ) to ensure they are all correct but other than that KUBE is great. Especially their Customer Service team. They answer within minutes. Cons I find it a little difficult to export reports into a PDF .
