This is helping lead to great changes among our team.

Pros

We have enjoyed being able to use GoHappy. We have a direct link into our HR system which gives us an up-to-date list to use. We have been able to communicate key company announcements to the employees knowing the list is acuate. The engagement survey had great participation for an hourly workforce.

Cons

The data provided is great. I come from a company with a robust process to get the data out to employees and gain feedback. I would like to see this developed more and the team was supportive to get us what we needed.

Selecting small groups of recipients by name (e.g. recognition) is a little clumsy, but there are improvements all the time!

Overall, we highly recommend goHappy as a reliable and efficient text messaging platform for businesses. It has become a staple in our communication toolkit and has been instrumental in improving our overall communication efforts.

Pros

goHappy has proven to be a valuable asset to our communication strategy at work. The platform provides a convenient way to send short bursts of information to our employees from various departments, including HR, Safety, dispatchers, and even the CEO. One of the highlights of this service is its ability to integrate with our HRIS system, which automatically adds and removes employees as they are hired or terminated, saving us time and effort.

Cons

The only downside of the platform was the inability for employees to reply to messages. However, goHappy has recently introduced a new feature called Keywords, which allows us to set up automated responses to specific words, providing a solution to this issue.

From the very first call, our experience with goHappy as been fantastic. The support provided, training for use and regular check ins allow us to communicate with our goHappy team regularly and they are always fast to help with any hurdles that may come up.

Pros

goHappy is very user friendly and setting up a message to go out only takes minutes. Integrating the use of goHappy into our weekly communications helped us take the store level associate communication to a new level of consistency.

Cons

We use goHappy primarily for the informational and feel good stories. Communicating these out to our employees is very important to us and goHappy allows us to be consistent with those messages. We have been patiently waiting for predictive messaging to be rolled out so that we do not have to manually set up messages for items like birthdays, anniversaries and employment milestones.

Communicating with 2500 restaurant employees is tough. GoHappy has given us the ability to communicate to our Snoozers in the format which works best for them!

Pros

First, the people behind the product. They are passionate, kind, caring, smart, innovative and all around incredible humans. The team at GoHappy has truly become a partner to our business. Their customer service is superb! Second, we love how easy it is to use GoHappy. They have made communication with our front line workers easy. Their software plays an integral role in our engagement strategy.

Cons

All the things I would list here are being addressed in their upcoming release. Woo-hoo! Score one for their innovation and ability to grow and adapt. I guess if I had to add something here, it would be the inability to send PDF's as attachments.

Our company has had an amazing experience with goHappy.

Pros

goHappy was just what our organization needed. Unlike other similar applications, there was no mobile app to download or any need to have our employees opt-in to utilize the service. goHappy is a simple-to-use, easy-to-adopt text messaging service. The application has zero learning curve, allowing us to get in and begin communicating with our employees immediately.

Cons

The company wishes the reporting was a bit more robust. We would also like to be able to manage surveys versus goHappy managing surveys and responses.

I have enjoyed every interaction with the product. The team is always open to input and feedback on how to improve the experience. They make it a partnership. Doesn’t feel like a vendor.

Pros

This product is so easy to use. For my entire career leading HR in Restaurant and Hospitality companies, I’ve needed a tool to communicate directly to my Frontline teams. It’s been such a challenge and goHappy solved it! Direct communications, rewards and recognition, engagement and frontline intranet all in one tool - and NO app required. Yes, please!

Cons

I wanted to have a way to get more direct communication back from my teams. Not in full two-way text but some way to make it more seamless. They’ve just released this and it is super helpful.

The goGetters at goHappy are some of the most professional, intelligent, and collaborative people I've ever worked with, and I've had the pleasure of working with them for almost two years now. goHappy is easy to use, is updating consistently with new features and options, and solves business critical needs.

Cons

It's not truly a con, but it is something to be aware of: with growing features and options there is always more that you can learn about!

I have really had a fantastic experience with goHappy. They keep adding modules that continue to improve the frontline worker experience. I especially feel very valued as a customer. I have had the opportunity to speak with product managers and developers who really listen and want to know what additional features employers would like to see. They are not just trying to sell a product but are striving to improve our company's employee experience. For example, after gathering about 6 months of employee new hire survey data, some trends surfaced as common themes. Dan Burgess set up a call with me up to go over some of the trends we uncovered. What really impressed me on the call was that he not only wanted to highlight the trends, but he also wanted to brainstorm together to identify some possible solutions for negative trends. I continue to have a great experience with goHappy and look forward to a very long partnership.

Pros

goHappy is easily one of the best vendors I have had the chance to work with in my career. Not only do they provide a product that improves communication and access to the information for frontline workers, but also, when their tools help uncover trends, they are there to help you find ways to improve your best practices and results. What I like most about goHappy is the ease of use. There are no passwords to keep up with and a simple link from a text can give frontline employees easy access to information.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about goHappy. I could probably say that what I like about least is the lack of feature that I would love to see, but chances are, within weeks submitting this review, they will be calling me to test out the feature!

Pros

the ease of use and setup, the customer support is amazing and easy to work with. I love how we can set up triggers that automatically go out.

Cons

There is nothing I can say I don't like. It is so easy and the implementation was a breeze. It is very user friendly.

From the demonstrations through implementation the experience has been great. We have received in goHappy everything that was described and it has already been a tool that has assisted us with reaching our employee population who don't have company email address. Both \[sensitive content hidden\] were great to work with and have supported us very well.

Pros

Overall I would say that the usability of goHappy is what I liked the most. The implementation is very quick and it is easy to get up and going and learn how to send out communications. The user interface is also pretty easy to learn and adapt to.

Cons

It would be great to easily export a group of contacts that has been filtered. At the time I tried this, it did not appear to be possible. It may have been user error though.

I would like to be able to upload one-off lists as a new "group" on my own. Our rep has been very helpful in getting this added, but add an extra step to the process.

The experience I have had with goHappy has been amazing! They have an incredible, fun team that communicates well and offers excellent service and follow up. The fact that I can get important information in the hands of every single employee with a few key strokes has been life changing from an HR perspective. Communication is one of the biggest challenges in any business. No matter what communication methods we tried in the past, someone always missed an important message. goHappy has been an invaluable tool to help bridge that gap. I can communicate with everyone instantaneously or I can send specific messages to targeted groups depending on the need. What a great tool!

Pros

The software is super easy to use, even for those of us that are not super tech savvy.

Cons

I really don't have any cons. goHappy is constantly improving and adding features to their software.

The full circle support staff are amazing! They never make you feel like you are a bother or that you are asking a "dumb" question!

Pros

We use the software for team communication. I love the ease of use and you don't have to be a "tech" person to figure it out. The support team, especially Nic, will drop everything to answer a question for us! They deliver what they promise!!

Cons

There really is nothing that I don't like about the software. We are pretty simplistic in our needs and goHappy suites us just fine!

Pros

It's so easy to use and setup. I love that we are able to communicate to our front line staff in the best way possible through text. Not only that but we can engage with them and celebrate anniversaries and birthdays. It also helps with our retention efforts as we have auto assigned new hire welcome messages as well as 30 and 90 days surveys.

Cons

I don't have any cons to mention! If anything the ability to have an automatic signature would be great instead of having to always remember to say who the message is coming from.

The GoHappyTeam has been amazing. I love their personalities and always feel so excited working when with them. I love the product and ease of use. This is the product we've been looking for!

Pros

I love the customer support and how easy it is to use! No apps are needed to reach our frontline workers.

Cons

I would love to have a branching system to drill down my selections like an org chart. Also automations and personalization tokens which I hear is coming in Aug. Also heard some keywords are coming so end user can get more info by texting keywords to our customized number. Very excited about that.

GoHappy has been the BEST addition to our overall business. We are cutting edge on technology, and this was such a simple, yet extremely effective tool we have added. It is very easy to use, employees love it, and it takes a huge amount of responsibility and pressure of our store managers to need to communicate so many details to all their staff (some they don't see on a daily basis, and passing along a note simply isn't effective). We use GoHappy especially for "triggered" messages for the new employee onboarding process: welcome, how to get set up on payroll, how to order uniforms, benefit eligibility, etc.

Pros

Ease of use, employees don't need to download an app, everyone gets text messages, great for employee engagement and understanding of new products/programs we offer to explain to the end-customer.

Cons

Survey results going into a Google Sheet instead of being emailed directly to us or a native report on the GoHappy website.
