Pros

It is user friendly and although you could figure things out easily on your own, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been instrumental in the teaching and launching process.

### "Easy to use, and great for team member communication / engagement"

Pros

This product is so easy to use! It takes 5 minutes to learn, and almost no time to send out messages. Customer service can't be beat. No matter what questions we have or what we need, they're willing to go the extra mile

Cons

Look forward to where they go in the future with integrations and their product roadmap. Even though it isn't integrate though, it's seamless given the data upload process

Employees receive real-time information from corporate, so we eliminated the "middle guy" and by doing this managers can focus on engagement better. Also, after using goHappy for OE communication we saw enrollment numbers go up by 15%

Pros

Implementation was so easy...It literally took one week or two and that was it.

Cons

Integration with payroll system was a little painful.

Cons

Some small bugs with removing old administrators. Adding more than one image.

Our experience has been great. Right from the very start. The team is attentive, fun, and easy to work with. They really care about our experience and help take care of everything we needed to implement the software.

Pros

The people you get to work with at goHappy might be the best part. Other than that, the ease of using the software is excellent. We love being able to engage with our teams directly.

Cons

There's nothing not to like. We are looking forward to some increased functionality as product updates are made.
