The AI behind this tool is amazing! It saves time and effort for the recruiting process for a reasonable cost. I believe it is taking the recruiting process to the next level.

Pros

The ease of use, the friendly interface and the wide range of products.

Cons

Getting started with Velents was not easy for me, because that was the first time to use just tool, but afterward I realized the benefits behind it.

Video interviews are awesome, psychometric analysis is good and there is no restrictions on number of seats, questions and jobs which make our lives easier.

Cons

Like any new applications, sometimes candidates face challenges while signing up but tech support team help within few hours.
