Pros Through GoldCare, we've managed to maintain a perfect medical history for each patient, with the necessary follow-up for their treatment and health. It's a very modern platform that's always updating, incorporating the latest technology and providing excellent service quality. I can access information from anywhere. We are able to generate reports for mandated reporting as well as for future planning/improvements. Pros Goldcare allows me to track all our clients and waitlists, for multiple Programs, in a customizable format. The client workspaces/dashboards can also be customized based on user security levels and/or program needs. The system can be used for staff appointments/payroll as well as client attendance and invoicing if that is something you require. The support team are responsive and knowledgeable. Cons The reporting piece of the system is complicated initially. Someone has to know the dictionary items and tables in order to build out your reports. Once that is completed - running the reports is easy. I can then send the excel document to someone who is much better with data than I am! Cons The synching of data from home care nurses to the goldcare system is confusing for non technical staff. Continuous support from goldcare technicians. Pros Integrated processes, one access to organizational information. Ability to expand and customize the use of the software as per organizational needs. Ability to create forms and use them for trending and reporting purposes. Workspaces for users customized to their process and tasks. Cons Training needs to be customized as organization uses customized processes and modules. So no one cut training module available, manuals need to be updated within organization itself. Pros I like that there are so many options and abilities to adapt it to "our" business. I love that we can adapt our tables and create our own reports from the beginning and that we are not left with only canned reports. Cons Some limitations/differences from one data base to the other.
