"Becoming an HR professional thanks to Neogov"

**Overall:** Overall I’ve learned so much and have been able to become a neogov guru for my team. All the modules I use have made me a better hr professional.

**Pros:** I like the user friendly design that it has, as well as the new updates that keep improving the system frequently.

**Cons:** The only thing I dislike is the requirement to include the SSN and DOB when authorizing a new hire since we don’t require this until they fill out their forms.

"NEOGOV Review"

**Overall:** Overall my experience has been great! I have implemented a couple other HCM systems and this has been the best by far.

**Pros:** Easy to use and implement. It has significantly reduced 150 plus manual tasks for our HR team and organization.

**Cons:** The cons are that the products don’t all talk or transfer data to each other so there is duplication of data input.
