Cons I feel like bulk actions could be included in candidate screening. Like when you’re looking at the application in the disposition part you could include emailing or other features? Pros Great platform that offers training to employees. It allows an organizations to track employees progress towards their trainings. Cons I have nothing bad to say about this platform. Learn was the last product and the employees have found it easy to use and extremely informative! Pros The continuous upgrades that occur with all products. However I do not have access to all items on there. Pros Being able to complete various personnel forms in just a matter of a few clicks. Also onboarding. The onboarding process is simple and easy to onboard new employees. Cons I don’t have complete access to everything on Neogov. Our HR department only gives access to some tabs but not all. They provide great customer service. Pros I like how Neogov listens to customers and makes enhancements. They are ever evolving. Cons It can be costly to smaller organizations.
