### "Get with NeoGov and save time"

It’s been a great experience and I wish my company could buy all products. Fingers crossed one day we get time and attendance and HRIS.

Pros

Love Perform and excited about onboarding. It’s saved a mass amount of paper and time. If only all our employees would come around and lean in.

Cons

You have these amazing products but don’t share their potential. I learned last time about performance improvement plans in Perform and this year I learned about goal management. These have to get turned on so how do we know about them.

NeoGov makes my job ten times easier and the Talent Acquisition process easier on the recruiter. I just love all the products.

Pros

User interface is top tier and makes the overall customer experience better. From my hiring managers, to department heads and even my city manager, they all love the seamlessness.

Cons

Nothing. I believe the product is good overall. There is nothing that i dislike about the product. I love NEPGOV!!

Overall I’ve learned so much and have been able to become a neogov guru for my team. All the modules I use have made me a better hr professional.

Pros

I like the user friendly design that it has, as well as the new updates that keep improving the system frequently.

Cons

The only thing I dislike is the requirement to include the SSN and DOB when authorizing a new hire since we don’t require this until they fill out their forms.

Pros

I think the neogov customer support team does a great job at following up with their clients and any issues they may be facing in the system. The neogov products team does an excellent job at keeping customers informed of changes and what is to come on the roadmap. They also take your feedback and implement changes when needed.

Cons

The recruitment process (insight) needs more automation vs manual efforts with moving candidates to various stages.

I work mostly in Learn, Onboard, and EForms although I also interact with Insight/OHC and Perform as an employee.

Pros

I like that it is a one stop platform for a lot of the common employee actions. I like how user friendly the system is.

Cons

Sometimes the interface is glitchy and the I hate the in-line search functions. They do not give you enough time to type a name before searching.

Overall, NeoGov has been amazing! The ease of moving applicants through hiring to preboarding to onboard has simplified the qhole process.

Pros

The recruiting process has been more simplified. We can refer apps to hiring managers, and they do the rest. I like that we can track where the department is in the hiring process.

Cons

We had a problem with a workflow in a form last year, and we didn't get a solid resolution to fix it.

Really good. I think the system is capable of more than what we currently use it for so its good to learn different things and to see the enhancements

Pros

How integrated the platforms are and how they are easy to use and navigate. Onboard has been great and saves a lot of time.

Cons

The process builder in eforms is a smidge difficult at times. Ive had issues with things routing properly but im sure its something ive done in the background.

It’s a great experience. The customer service has improved a lot. We are no on the phone for a long period of time if there is an issue. The new customer interaction is amazing as well.

Pros

I like how easy it is to post positions from populating from classification. I don’t have to review classifications and copy and paste.

Cons

When we copy a posting we are not able to populate the information. Sometimes we copy posting from other departments and we need to update some information and it pulls for the posting we copied.

Great! Such a great experience, it was my first time but will no be my last definitely. I enjoyed connecting with people around the country.

Pros

Eforms, it is a great process that makes my job very easy to perform and it saves me a lot of time in my current role.

Cons

Not enough time for classes. I really wish this was a week long event, I feel there is so much information that I would like to take longer taking it all in.

I like the easy to use aspect. You can pretty much teach yourself how to use it or easily reach out to customer support

Cons

How not all platforms have the same features for example the search fields is not a feature across all platforms

Despite issues, we love it; just like the annoying coworker that you always have to follow up on but also don’t mind because they aren’t all that bad

Pros

User Ease of system; online training sessions; look backs; audit trails are a major plus to not question who do what and when

Cons

When there are updates or changes, it affects and changes modules. We lose information and sometimes reverts to old information that isn’t up to date. We spend alot of time refilling and updating the system for each EE.

Unnecessary updates; don’t fix what’s not broken. Sometimes change is not needed or seen as an improvement.

Ease of use for back end and front end users ability to run reports and send communications in bulk actions

Cons

Limitations in Perform maybe because I’m New I feel like I want it to do more than it does would love to see drop down features if this then that type of stuff

Pros

its software suite is purpose-built to address the unique and complex HR needs of our public agency. The system offers comprehensive tools for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance management, while ensuring compliance with government-specific regulations.

Cons

For new users it can be difficult to learn. Training new hires on all of the system's features can be challenging.

Informative sessions with live demos that helped me understand our products better, handouts also helpful as it is information overload by the end of the day

All the walking was super hard, because I have plantar, was very painful for me to get to sessions and activities.

Automation - the ability to screen candidates seamlessly in the platform. Allows for an improved experience.

Cons

The presentation of the platform - can feel a little dated. Would love to see a more modern finish and interface.

I found that most of the platforms we purchased have been very respective by our employees and Neogov employees always go out of their way to assist you.

Pros

I like that when i call customer service they don't put me on hold for hours at a time and they really know the products. If they can't provide an answer right away they either get you to someone who may know more then them or get someone to call you back. Customer service is critical in any organization this one is great at it.

Cons

We have had Onboarding for a few years - i found it very inconvenient for a small entity such as ours with only 70 employees. Having to update it once a year with all the new documents needed for new hires.

Pros

NeoGov has made our organization more efficient and integrated. Our recruitment processes are now streamlined because of NeoGov.

Cons

When we integrated another module (Perform), it created some issues with Insight. The system populated many duplicate records.

Overall I love it and I wish we had more products to streamline our other areas of HR. The enhancements have been great

Pros

Very user friendly. I like how you can undo pretty much whatever you did if it was in error. I have to train departments to use it and it’s pretty easy.

Cons

I’d like a little more in job aids for scoring evaluation steps. I can’t find much information on that and when I call they say I should just play around with it because every agency does it differently. An example would be nice.

Easy to use and great for candidates to apply. Its nice to schedule everything in one system. Great for applicants

Cons

Not very customizable. Hate that there are so many add ons. Would prefer to have all the products available without it being extra charges.
