My experience so far has been really good love my manager that helps us \[sensitive content hidden\]. Always there to help or get things taken care of for me.

Pros

How I’m able to get comprehensive reports and and the report builders. Love the variety of software they have.

Cons

Sometimes customer support takes a long time to figure out the issues, and sometimes the switch between inside and OHC takes a while

Overall it makes my job so much easier and helps me track my workflow. I really appreciate the templates and tracking.

Pros

I like the mass communication capabilities and that it's super intuitive. I really appreciate being able to see if a candidate has viewed a notice.

Cons

That it times out to quick and that you can't permanently edit what fields to view whn looking at candidates.

Pros

Insight Applicant tracking, all insight applications. Customer support. Learn is coming along. Thank you.

Cons

None all are very functional. Having difficulty with printing applications. Would like more information on single sign in.

sometimes it can be glitchy, as all software can be and can make it challenging when facing a last minute deadline

We use NEOGOV heavily in our recruitments. So far we are enjoying the product and do not have any big issues. We will be continuing to use it.

Pros

Accessibility and ease of use. User interface is ease to navigate too. NEOGOV is helpful in our recruitments.

Cons

The updates that are not mentioned or the changes are not communicated. Sometimes there are bugs or glitches.

Pros

It’s a platform that encompass a large net. Customer friendly for applications. Customizable to fit our needs.

Cons

Some features are not easy to find. Follow up refresher after implementation would help. Some plug and play formats for general start.

I use NEOGOV products every day and find them very easy to use. They have great customer support if an issue does arise.

Pros

It is easy to use and very intuitive. I enjoy the ease of reporting and finding all the information I’m looking for in one place. I can easily switch between products with just a few clicks.

Cons

There really isn’t much to not like. It is secure and easy to navigate. Sometimes it does go down, but usually comes right back up within minutes.

Pros

Use of the tool. I like the hiring and recruiting. The return of qualified applications has been a game changer for our organization.

Cons

Onboard forms. It’s a precise and tedious process that requires a significant amount of time and often times cannot be perfected.

the coast of the platform to add the add ons. I find that Neogov have great ideas but those cost more money.

At first I was nervous with navigating the system, but now I am happy that I am able to streamline our processes. I am excited to keep learning and make the best from this platform.

Pros

It is easy to track applicants and move them forward in the process. I enjoy having a seamless recruiting and onboarding process.

Cons

I wish there were more training videos on how to utilize the platform (videos). I do like the learning center and that we can reach out.

Neogov is reliable and easy to use. Anything that I’ve ever had issues with, I’ve been able to do minimal research and get answers.

Pros

User friendly. I like the training material and the ability to see what other users are having issues with or how their process is.

Cons

We need several components. More off a finding issue, I suppose. I have a wish list of several components.

Not making connection - I would like to see more updates to what was added and to make the connection

Love the product and the people. I have never had a bad interaction. The staff is always so helpful and always will to assistance.

Pros

Customer Support. Anytime I'm in need of assistance, you guys ALWAYS come through. I love that you always get a live person.

Cons

The Price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was very hard to get buy in from the higher ip because of the price.

Works pretty well. Easy to manuever. It is a pretty easy system to learn. Only real issues are HMs struggling to access information.

Pros

It is easy to filter candidates and review analytics for specific demographics. It is easy to filter through postings.

Cons

Not being informed about updates. Issues with accessing applications through OHC. HMs unable to access information.

How it interfaces with Vetted. We will be using it for hiring and background investigations. It provides a one stop solution

Nothing. For my use of the product it word well. Our HR uses this product more than my background investigators.

Pros

The customser support and quality of the product are wonderful. The team that we worked with was very engaging.

I do not have anything to like least. Our representatives made the experience easy for us and i do not have anything bad to say.

Overall, it has been a helpful and straightforward experience to HR processes internally. We will continue using Neogov in the future.

Pros

I like how the product is able to expedite the recruitment process and the hire approval process for the department’s selected candidate.

Cons

There were some changes in INSIGHT that I was not notified which changed the recruitment steps which resulted in delays in processing recruitments.

It’s been great, I love having the framework to work out of. I came from a company without such comprehensive software and it made the job a lot harder.

Pros

I like that I have a lot of freedom to customize how I use the program exactly. Exam plans are a good example.

Cons

Sometimes when I “print applications” they disappear!! I have to go to the dashboard, they won’t show up under print apps. Just sometimes.

Very very happy overall! Love the Analytics and Report builder. So many great features with this program.

Pros

Easy to use and navigate. Recruiting is so much easier. We get a ton of applicants since switching to over.

Cons

Onboard form creation was a bit of a challenge. Spent a lot of time lining up check boxes. Wish it was more like Adobe forms.

Fairly easy to use, once you’ve newly implemented one module it is easier to implement new ones. Many agencies use it so helpful to have the experience doing government work.

Cons

Could use some better user experience and consistency between modules as well as updated tutorials when there are updates to the module

Challenging. But I always get help when I need it. Sometime things aren’t too user friendly or I don’t have as much customization as I need and it makes it difficult. For like analytics and reporting.

Pros

Constant innovation and always gathering feedback from customers. I love being part of the advisory boards.

Cons

Sometimes doing too much or adding new products without fixing the existing. Sometimes I feel like we get half of the product and then NeoGov just moves on.

It has been mostly positive. I really enjoy the interface and how user friendly it is. I hope to purchase more products to make our process more streamlined.

Pros

The workflow is seamless. We currently heavily use insight, which is user friendly and helps us to store required documents easily.

Cons

We have struggled to integrate Vetted into our backgrounds. I think this is related to our requirements are different from the cookie cutter forms built into the system.
