" September 29, 2025 5.0 Great, I hardly use any of the components, as I am not with Human Resources. But I hope so use more as time goes on. The cost is also great from what I hear from HR. Pros The ease of use for multiple people. Some users have an education level that make it easy. Some not so much, but most can utilize certain aspects of it. Cons A bit tech heavy for users that don’t like tech, however I feel that’s an issue that can be remedied internally. It makes so it easy for me to easily complete, track and manage all four new hires! Cons There are a few things I wish I could make it do a little easier. From job postings to application screening and eligibility list creation. Pros Application filtering and custom forms are both time-savers especially when you have over 100 applications to screen. However with the knowledge I do know and attending this conference I’m excited for the upcoming possibilities. Pros That it’s user friendly. Customer support responds promptly however my terminology is often times misunderstood for something different with questions I’m asking. I love using insight, ohc, perform, eforms, core, onboard and am now implementing benefits Pros I like how it looks and how to navigate through the different modules. The implementation staff i have worked with are also awesome. Cons We were a little disappointed in the boxed videos/classes that LEARN has. I have been given a new list of classes last week so i will research again and see if we could add more. We have used LEARN with scrum files and that works well. Can't copy supplemental questions within your questions. When you add supplemental questions, they dont go in the bank. It’s a good products for the entire city. Pros Easy to use. The City has been using this product for several years. With ever additin of a new application, the system creates more efficiency with in our HR Department. Pros The user interface is super simple, customer support is spot on. I like the variety of applications within the system to make everything more cohesive. Cons I think Forms is a little hard to use for complex situation. For basic forms its grewt. The CEO is so personable absolutely love seeing Shane at the conferences and the Neogov Staff is so personable and great to work with. Absolutely love our account manager Lindsey Gerber!! Pros One stop shop, easy to use! Neogov has really made it possible to implement module and integration after another to make our hiring processes, evaluations, onboarding, learning, payroll and various other key employee processes possible. The staff that report to me are happy with it; but there are often questions as to how to accomplish something within the system. Pros Modularity. There are a lot of plug ins that can cover most of your needs, for a price of course. The support team is helpful and usually available to provide answers at any time. Cons Some features are dated.
