Pros Y’all implement features that are really helpful (goal alignment, new hire feed, etc) Cons Sometimes the functionalities don’t seem to work consistently. For example, we’ve run into issues with Candidate Texting after implementation - where text templates don’t work properly when prompting before the referred list.
