It is a cohesive/all in one product that allows entities to use the product for multiple necessary functions. Pros The applicant tracking system, ease of posting positions, the ability to Onboard new employees and assign tasks. Cons There are a few features that could be added. Pros The ease of use and flow of the screens inside of each particular module. Cons Having to switch between the modules. We've been on Insight for years, as well, and I know there are features we could be using but aren't. Pros They do seem to listen to their users and regularly implement features we've asked for. The employee experience side is convenient with everything in one place. Cons There's not as much flexibility as I'd like in things like evaluation programs and in Learn custom course design.
