Pros

Not sure, we’re implementing now. Customer service has been great.

Promised something we don’t think they can deliver (now that we’re in implementation)

It is mediocur. There are a lot of glitches and issues we run into in NYS. The system does not have a work around for the requirements the NYS Civil Service are required to track.

Pros

These ease for our applicants to apply. Setting up our job postings is a breeze.

Cons

Everything we need to track in is hidden and hard to find. When I run a report I do not get the correct information.

Great. Love the conferences, innovation, and forward thinking. However my major concern is branching out with too many modules while the existing ones need advancing. ex. Landscape mode in eForms should be such a basic offering but yet, still not available.

Easy integrations within and with external software

Cons

Custer support hasnt been the best experience with specific needs/problems and came to this conference to find there was an easy solution this whole time

This has been positive overall but I am confident improvements are regular and consistent.

Pros

It’s user friendly for regular analysts, there are many features that you can turn in or off for customization and the company is always listening to customers about improvements.

Cons

Sometimes there are very confusing glitches for example moving in to the next candidate and it’s someone not next and sometimes the applicant counts are wrong after a long day of screening.

Pros

Opening ceremony. Statistics info was amazing and the guest speaker. The swag of course ……every year🩷

Cons

The change in hotel but I know it was inevitable.

I’ve been using the product, with different employees, for a few years and find that overall, the product has great functionality and can really be a one stop shop for recruitment, onboarding and training.

Pros

The ease of use and flow of the screens inside of each particular module.

Cons

Having to switch between the modules. I would like to be able to create a requisition and job posting all in one step without having to switch between screens and enter information again.

Pros

It is the industry standard for public sector hiring. Recruiting is made easy.

Cons

Support folks dont always know how the products work together and influence one another. They specialize whuch is great, but we may need more support across programs too.

I like that the multiple products “talk” to each other. And it is very user friendly. Easy to train people to use.

I wish we had more of the products. I have experience with some of the other products and can’t wait to implement them for my current employer.

I've been working on rolling out Perform and Learn at my organization, and so far it's been a pretty positive experience. We've been on Insight for years, as well, and I know there are features we could be using but aren't.

Pros

They do seem to listen to their users and regularly implement features we've asked for. The employee experience side is convenient with everything in one place.

Cons

There's not as much flexibility as I'd like in things like evaluation programs and in Learn custom course design.

Cannot remove a SME raters scores Would love a calendar function to show when posts are closing Setting permissions can be very confusing Too many clicks to get to certain pages

It’s been great! Its easy to use and love the ability to have candidates self schedule.

Pros

The ease tracking the recruitment cycle. Insight is very user friendly and is easy to teach new hires how to use it.

Cons

Functionality of open and continuous lists for civil service positions could be improved. We have to do a lot of tracking on an excel spreadsheet since candidates expire every 2 months.

The stream lining and the recruitment selection process we were on paper applications prior to getting On board.

Cons

The cost we would love to include some of the other platforms, but the cost of local governments is just too high.
