Its easy to use and love the ability to have candidates self schedule. Pros The ease tracking the recruitment cycle. Insight is very user friendly and is easy to teach new hires how to use it. Cons Functionality of open and continuous lists for civil service positions could be improved. We have to do a lot of tracking on an excel spreadsheet since candidates expire every 2 months.
