The product itself is easy to use for anyone and no special skills are required. It has outstanding data visualization options like graphs making it easy to analyze.

If you're offline, some parts of the app might not function or refresh.
The Real-time syncing needs good internet, which can be a problem in places with poor connection.
I also found that there were some technical glitches that made the app building process a bit more difficult than it should have been.
The only downside to Gear is that it can be a bit expensive for smaller businesses.
