May 23, 2022 5.0 Pros Very nice to get insights in my website statistics, without "sponsoring" Google or Facebook or providing them with info about users. Besides that it saves a lot of time from staring at those GA stats. I have a professional view on my work, the content of my site is the most important thing to get visitors. Since I left Google Analytics and deleted Facebook, my website is still visited very good and I feel I have not lost any visitors. And no boring cookie message anymore! Cons No cons so far. Pros It's Simple. It's good to have raw data of the visits in the website and easy to implement the tracker/events. Also, is really fast to adapt for those who already used Google Analyitcs or similar. Cons Data Visualization isn't that good, we need to export to looker studio to "consume" data as we like. Pros The company is one of the few privacy-respecting analytics solutions with strong ethics, the integration was dead-simple, customer support has been incredibly helpful and personal. They also provide an awesome feature to collect custom events in addition to the basic web analytic metrics.Also the interface is a joy to use. simple in the best way Cons One con used to be that you could not see your custom events in the UI, however they have recently added this in the past couple of weeks. Pros As a developer creating software on the side of my normal job, it's important to me that I can see how users are using my site. However I don't want to sell out my users for the sake of a few graphs. Simple Analytics bridges that gap: a good product that I pay a little money for and it aligns all the incentives nicely. So far very happy with them. Cons It's not free. If you're looking for free, this isn't it, but I prefer it that way so they're incentivized to serve me, not their own interests. Simple Analytics' support was super responsive and worked with us to ready a fix on their side in record time, which was a great customer experience for us! Pros We were looking for a GDPR-conformant analytics solution that also works without setting any browser cookies, and Simple Analytics fits the bill perfectly. Cons Nothing really. Pros We like the fact that we can see the amount of actual traffic on our webshop and where it is coming from.
