Pros

Easy of use generally and the auto vesting

Cons

Nothing comes to mind yet - there are no gaps is needed features that we have noticed.

I don't want to dilute my company ownership but cap-board has helped me track my control over the company.

Pros

I liked how it was easy to navigate trough it features which has helped me track my company value, shares and potential investment.

Cons

Yeah some features are not easy to get around it and would suggest more tutorial.

Pros

Easy to manage. Nice interface. Work well with different equity options - we use phantom equity which not a lot of other platforms have a specific feature for but Capboard does. Decent features including custom document templates + signing.

Cons

Price increase 4x at the end of last year. It was a more cost effective option which is why we chose it but now it's right up there with the top competitors so I feel like we could have just gone with a more well known product.

Cons

It's an early product so there are convenient features that are not there yet. However, given the focus of their support team, I'm certain that our requests will make it to the product plan and ultimately in the product.

Overall we've been really pleased with the service and the platform. The team has gone above and beyond and makes a lot of things that could have been very hard easy.

Pros

The support has been fantastic! The platform is easy to use and quick to deploy as well.

Cons

Some features could be automated. Like the HMRC filings and SEIS filings.

Intuitivo, saben de primera mano lo que busca y quiere hacer un founder, empleado, etc

Cons

Algunas mejoras, como quizá explicar algunos conceptos que aparecen para dejar claro que el usuario entiende estos temas (vesting, cliffs, etc)

Muy buena y nos resultó una ayuda vital para avanzar en la ronda.

Pros

Es muy intuitiva y fácil de introducir datos y ver sus resultados. Permite a emprendedores poder ver cómo gestionar su empresa y sus socios y plantear formas de crecimiento sin grandes conocimientos financieros.

Cons

Ayudaría tener una zona o servicio adicional de evaluación de empresas para poder tener un informe totalmente profesional con Pre-money, postmoney, etc.

I tried a few other cap table software programs, but this is the winner because it is easier to use and its simulation tool is very handy.

Pros

It is very easy to use and lets you solve complex cap table simulations quickly and comprehensively

Herramienta muy práctica y fácil de utilizar. Nos está ayudando mucho en la gestión del cap table y de gestión de documentos con los diferentes partners. También, el equipo de soporte resuelve cualquier duda al instante para garantizar una buena experiencia de usuario. Muy recomendable!
