Very bad customer service. Uncooperative staff .

Cons

Worst customer service. I activated pluxee after 8 months. Just to put my money in the card pluxee takes 7 days! That money is already with pluxee since 8 months...increasing every month. They are earning interest on my money. Ok no problem. At least return in time..very poor customer service.

Despite its cons, its still great to have Sodexo GC. It very convenient to use. I think you can buy a GC and stack it for convenience so you don't have to bring cash when roaming to SM stores.

Pros

What is cool about Sodexo GC is that it doesn't expire. You can stack may GCs and use it as you please.

Cons

Currently, Sodexo GC in the Philippines can only be used in SM stores and its affiliate stores.

Nel complesso l’applicazione non ha grande utilità se non quella di fornire una panoramica sulla situazione della card. Se i locali fossero aggiornati ed effettivamente accettassero i buoni di sicuro l’applicazione potrebbe avere molta più utilità e l’utente ne gioverebbe, evitando inconvenienti con i locali

Pros

La home page è intuitiva e parlante, rappresenta subito un riepilogo dei ticket residui con il corrispettivo in valuta. La possibilità di cercare i locali direttamente dalla mappa migliora la user experience fornendo una panoramica intuitiva dei locali che circondano l’utente.

Cons

Sembra che i locali non vengono aggiornati, di fatto sono presenti locali ormai chiusi, così come spesso vi è incongruenza tra i locali segnalati e quelli che effettivamente accettano i buoni Sodexo, sarebbe utile avere degli aggiornamenti con una determinata frequenza.
