While the card activation process was completed successfully, I faced difficulties adding the card to the mobile app, preventing me from accessing important features. The most frustrating part was the inability to reach customer support, as emails sent to the official support address were returned due to a full mailbox. A service provider handling employee benefits should ensure reliable technical support and prompt resolution of customer issues. Significant improvements are needed in customer service responsiveness and app support. Pros The concept of providing digital meal and benefit cards is useful and convenient. The card activation process was straightforward, and the acceptance network at many merchants is good. The platform has the potential to offer a seamless user experience if supported by a reliable mobile app and responsive customer service. Cons Poor customer support and lack of timely issue resolution. Although my card was activated, I was unable to add it to the Pluxee app. Attempts to contact customer support were unsuccessful, as emails to the official support address bounced back with a "mailbox full" error. For a company providing financial and employee benefit services, non-functional support channels and unresolved technical issues create significant inconvenience and undermine customer confidence. It very convenient to use. I think you can buy a GC and stack it for convenience so you don't have to bring cash when roaming to SM stores. Pros What is cool about Sodexo GC is that it doesn't expire. You can stack may GCs and use it as you please. Cons Currently, Sodexo GC in the Philippines can only be used in SM stores and its affiliate stores.
