some brands disapears month by month and customer service is not affective every time

### "Worst card"

Very bad customer service. Uncooperative staff .

Cons

Worst customer service. I activated pluxee after 8 months. Just to put my money in the card pluxee takes 7 days! That money is already with pluxee since 8 months...increasing every month. They are earning interest on my money. Ok no problem. At least return in time..very poor customer service.

Despite its cons, its still great to have Sodexo GC. It very convenient to use. I think you can buy a GC and stack it for convenience so you don't have to bring cash when roaming to SM stores.

Pros

What is cool about Sodexo GC is that it doesn't expire. You can stack may GCs and use it as you please.

Cons

Currently, Sodexo GC in the Philippines can only be used in SM stores and its affiliate stores.

### "Old fashioned meal card, very few modern amenities"

Tedious and overall mediocre

Pros

payments with MBway were very continente, although some sellers didn’t yet support them, and didn’t have contactless.

Cons

Expensive, had to wait a long time for PIN letter, expensive replacements, very long exchanges with account managers for very simple tasks

Reason for choosing Pluxee

It was the one offered by our bank

Nice experience

Pros

I like that I can check the balance of the account. Also you can see all the payments that you did. It works like a bank card which I love. Also, if you have multiple Sodexo cards, you can always check them individually.

Cons

Sometimes the functionality to pay with your Phone doesn't work.

The number of shops listed for rural and sub-urban areas is limited. Promotional offers aren't impressive

Pros

The most important is that the app is so easy to use, and it has to be. Keep it simple and fast.

Cons

The app is unstable and i dont know why. Literally is a super simple system and it doesnt need a high cuality internet connection.

Nel complesso l’applicazione non ha grande utilità se non quella di fornire una panoramica sulla situazione della card. Se i locali fossero aggiornati ed effettivamente accettassero i buoni di sicuro l’applicazione potrebbe avere molta più utilità e l’utente ne gioverebbe, evitando inconvenienti con i locali

Pros

La home page è intuitiva e parlante, rappresenta subito un riepilogo dei ticket residui con il corrispettivo in valuta. La possibilità di cercare i locali direttamente dalla mappa migliora la user experience fornendo una panoramica intuitiva dei locali che circondano l’utente.

Cons

Sembra che i locali non vengono aggiornati, di fatto sono presenti locali ormai chiusi, così come spesso vi è incongruenza tra i locali segnalati e quelli che effettivamente accettano i buoni Sodexo, sarebbe utile avere degli aggiornamenti con una determinata frequenza.

Very good and positive experience. A single card for both Meal and non meal spends make life easier. the security instant OTP through the app makes security great. The response time for approval after bills upload is very quick

Pros

The ease of card issuance, card reload, reissuance of lost card etc are quite a breeze. The best part of card reload is within a few hours of invoices getting paid, the money gets credited into individual cards of employees. the Customer service team responds almost instantly.

Cons

Perhaps there should be an option for single new user upload everything is thru excel sheet which sometime is cumbersome.

Most of the retailers accept physical cards and not virtual cards.Reactivating expired sodexo cards should be there.
