Training someone to use it is fairly easy for atleast it’s most basic functions. Pros Solana is great for our time clock logging functions. A quick punch of a PIN number on the touch screen tablet and I’m in. I’m able to select from multiple cost center options so depending on my role at work that day, I easily select which one I need assuring I’m paid correctly. This also makes it great to approve payroll Cons Solana almost provides too many options To employees when clocking in. It can get confusing as there’s a rounded clocking in option and an actual clock in option.
