I have more pros than cons, to me the only downside are the auto-blocking feature not working as it should, the biggest upside is the support, always on point. Would recommend. Pros The support are great, replies that are actionable and understandable within a few hours. Also, the pop-up itself looks better than most competitors. Cons Their auto-blocking feature does in my experience not work optimally.
