Experience has been great. Campaigns are easy to develop, with nice customisations and feature solid data collection benefits. The team are responsive with any needs for customisation.

Pros

We love that we can create a variety of campaigns with ease, for distribution on virtually any channel.

Cons

No complaints, they are continually adding new templates to try.

Fantastic product with phenomenal customer support - the team is always on hand to assist with the set up and to answer any questions promptly. Never had our queries left unanswered for more than 24 hours and never had a team member say no to our ideas!

Pros

Campaignware provides us with a convenient and easy to use platform to engage with our fans and set up partner campaigns. The system provides plenty of options and demos which allow us to execute many ideas - the sky is the limit!

Cons

To be honest, nothing I can think of that I like least - maybe the fact that the previous version of the platform did not have as many campaign options and styles, but all of this has been upgraded so no issues at the moment!

High level appreciation as we were able to involve the entire marketing team in the process.

Pros

The ease in setting up and promoting across platforms. The way entries were captured, managed and used for action internally. The price point. The positive feedback from the community in how we handled the campaign and awards.

Cons

Initial flow of entries into menu section, yet this was enhanced and improved through the experience together.

Professional, Quick and user friendly, the results we get form the campaigns help shape the overall message for my clients, its a game changer for me and what we do.

Pros

The ability to choose a template for my clients that is specific to their industry for a quick turn around, in this day and age, you cant spend weeks or months building an engagement tool, esp if its related to sport, you need a quick solution and this offers that for my business. I haven't seen a product like this in New Zealand before.

Cons

TBH, nothing, the team are there for support and open, friendly, and willing to improve the software based on feedback. I cant fault their business.

Pros

Campaignware has been the perfect tool for growing the database of our independent record store. The software is very intuitive, our campaigns are set up in minutes and the conversion rates have been great.

Cons

I would have liked to use some of the cool premium features that weren’t available in my tier.
