The best thing is its free version also does a lot , it did match with all my requirements i was building a car rental on WordPress and it gave me all what i need for booking and reminders .

the only thing i feel missing is limited customization with calendar which i think they provide in paid one which i didn't tried

NOTHING works great as compared to Acuity other than that it attempts to integrate on the WordPress backend so that everything is one place...but nothing works!

Cons

Where do I start!? Notifications are spotty, the calendar and appointments can't be customized to the time you want, the support is horrible with me hoping to get a response within 2 days from someone with a Gmail account, my settings in my dashboard don't work. You name it, it doesn't work or is not user friendly. SO FRUSTRATING!

The internet is virtually universally accessible, yet it is not always as dependable as we would like it to be or as it was intended to be. Online booking is entirely dependent on you and your clients having internet access, so you must prepare for the possibility that it will occasionally fail you. People who are not involved in that industry or sector can never fully comprehend many aspects of the internet.
