We also enjoy the function to check volunteers in, and we've even had volunteers excited that we can keep track of their volunteer time for our organization and for their own resumes. April 6, 2022 4.0 Customer service has been great and any time I've had issues they've been quick to help. I like that they laos take my suggestions for products on board. Pros I love the events calendar and it makes it really easy to see everything that we have going on and what volunteers can get involved with. " June 3, 2022 5.0 The customer service has been excellent. Civic Champs staff are always quick to respond and very helpful. I now manage all aspects of a quarterly volunteer event series completely through Civic Champs including recruitment, registration, volunteer waivers, event reminders and communication, time tracking, and collecting volunteer feedback. Pros I love the messaging capabilities with Civic Champs. I can easily send out messages to all of my volunteers with the software and let them know we have an event they can register for, and then I get notifications as the spots get filled. When it is time to report on volunteer time, the information is easily accessible and I can export our data into Excel. Cons I wish the donation feature had more options to integrate with a platform we are already using for fundraising, like PayPal. I think at the moment there is only one option and it's not one we currently use. Review Source cC christine C. Pros It’s super easy to use and teach others. We have many volunteers who are not technically inclined or are hesitant to try something new. This is so easy for these people to learn and is very user friendly. Pros The software is easy to use once your opportunities and events are all set up. The Civic Champs customer service is superior to any I have ever worked with! They respond and assist immediately which is very unique in today's world of never getting an actual person on the phone. With Civic Champs, they are right there for you!
