October 18, 2024 5.0 EZmob Self-Serve makes my job as a Media Planner a lot easier. Constantly building new campaigns every week I like how I can depend on EZmob Self-Serve to be a manageable DSP. Pros I like how easy the interface is to navigate and the support we get when we have any questions is top-notch. Always able to answer all and any questions in a timely manner. Cons The one thing that is difficult with EZmob Self-Serve is that downloading reports does take little longer than other DSP's. Review Source MF Martin F. EZmob connects me with tons of inventory while also providing robust targeting capabilities. Pros They have some of the best customer service you'll find anywhere. Not only are they helpful and quick replying, but they have a great, positive attitude. The platform itself is fast and easy to use. I don't think I've ever seen a bug. It just works. They've also always had the solutions I've been looking for. Not once have they said "We don't have that feature." Sometimes they've even added an awesome new feature before I could even float it as an idea. All of this has been the case in the 2+ years I've been working with EZmob. Cons The dashboard reporting could be far more robust. They constantly bring a strategic lens to our programming that improves our ability to impact the business. Pros EZmob Self-Serve is responsible for media planning and execution across Google, Programmatic, Paid Social, TikTok, Influencers, and CRM.
