que se puede conectar desde cualquier lugar por lo que facilita el teletrabajo con la mejor seguridad informática sin causar problemas en tu computador ni necesidad de vpn.

Cons

las fallas que se ocasionan cuando el flujo de llamadas aumenta ya que se pega y no entrega información de con quien se esta hablando

It is easy to use, it allows a lot of information to be stored. Customer support is very efficient, it is possible to integrate new features as needed

Pros

You can integrate a large number of functions to this software. It will store the information easily, and authorized users can get to see the information they need in real time.

Cons

It might be complicated to migrate information from different software's back to Salesforce
