This is a great product it has helped analyze the 3d structure of the earth along with various physiological aspects such as rivers, mountains, oceans, islands, deltas, estuaries, bays, gulfs as well as countries. Pros Of course, Google Earth Pro has all the functionalities that are available in Google Maps and Google Earth Web, however on this version we have some useful functions including various layers, multiple pinpoints, 3D effects, etc..One of the most exiting things of this app is that you can observe not only the Earth, but also other objects in the Space. Currently, you can choose among Earth, Sky, Moon, and Mars. Hopefully, new planets will be available in the future. Cons As for cons, I haven't experience any problems with Google Earth Pro. Not only that but also, I integrate it with sketchup and actually situate the building for site simulation. It is a great tool to present and every time I use it, clients get excited to see their building at the physical location and they get to hover over it from every aspect to get a good feel of the overall building. Cons When I situate the potential building on site, there is no way for me to get rid of current buildings and surroundings which sometimes come in conflict. I can turn off the 3D buildings to get rid of them but then the whole map becomes 2D which is not suitable for my use. Cons The software is very laggy and slow. The desktop version is graphic processing hungry. The UX needs an overhaul. UI is not changed for a while. Pros Google Earth è un programma veramente semplice e intuitivo, ho imparato a d usarlo in meno di 1 ora, ci sono veramente tante funzioni utili, la possibilità di vedere in 3d le strade di città, paesi e luoghi vari lo rende unico, non avevo mai visto niente di simile, non lo uso spesso ma quando lo uso mi torna veramente utile, un altro punto forte è il fatto di poterlo usare in qualsiasi piattaforma, pc, telefono e tablet. Cons Purtroppo è molto lento se si ha un dispositivo di vecchia generazione, quando si usa per tanto tempo il dispositivo dimostrerà ritardi causati dal programma.
