It's not so easy to start with but once you get the hang of it and understand what it does and how, it's a very useful tool. Pros Quite flexible and has a lot of good features, especially in the reports/exports. You can use pre-prepared templates and add your own dimensions if you don't want to go into too much depth, or add and remove items if you want more detail. Cons Takes a little getting used to. Can be a bit long-winded to add some things. I can price up projects much easier than using excel and having to find costs individually for each item and labour output for each task. Saves a lot of time that would usually be needed to price up projects. Pros Detailed information prepared on a schedule template ready to use. Ease of finding suitable tasks and labour and material costs within an expected range. The cost of subscription is incredibly cheap for the amount of information available. Cons There is no undo button if you make a mistake.
