Eine Aktualisierung muss immer manuell durchgeführt werden, wenn mehrere Rechnungen zur Bearbeitung vorliegen wird es sehr unübersichtlich. Cons Der eingeschränkte Zugriff auf die hinterlegten Dokumente im Dashboard, dieses kann allerdings auch ein internes Problem der Zugriffsteuerung sein. Einige Kleinigkeiten könnten noch verbessert werden. Die Übersicht und Suchunktion ist gut. Pros Die Übersichtlichkeit des Shops und die Möglichkeit externe Shops einbinden zu können. Außerdem sehr praktisch den Bestellungen eigene Bezeichnungen geben zu können. Dies mach die Zuordnung bedeutend einfacher. Cons Gelegentlich klappt die Übertragung des Einkaufwagens aus externen Shops in das System nicht. Außerdem werden die eingestellten Standard Adressen aus den Einstellungen nicht übernommen. Bei jeder Bestellung müssen die Daten angepasst werden, damit die Bestellung nicht in einer anderen Betriebsstätte landet. Das Problem ist wenn man wieder zurück zu Hivebuy will, dann muss man immer zurück klicken. So könnte man das (Amazon)Fenster einfach schließen und auf dem anderen wäre dann Hivebuy geöffnet.
