I also really appreciate how supportive the Thirst team is. They keep us updated with new features, and it genuinely feels like they listen to what we need. It’s nice to use a platform where you feel heard. Overall, I’m genuinely happy with it and glad we decided to go with Thirst.

Pros

I’ve been using the Thirst training platform for a while now, and honestly, it’s been such a pleasant experience. Setting everything up was surprisingly easy — I didn’t have to jump through hoops or figure things out on my own. Day to day, it’s really simple to use, and managing or updating the content takes hardly any effort. Sending training out to the team is straightforward too, which has made my life much easier. One of the biggest benefits for me is the tracking. Having everything in one place means we’re not wasting time chasing people or digging around for information anymore. Very easy to set up and start using Simple, user-friendly interface for day-to-day use Quick and effortless to manage and update training content Smooth process for issuing training to the team Clear training tracking that saves time Excellent support from the Thirst team

nothing bad to say. i wish i had discovered it earlier to be honest. if i had any recommendations, they updated the platform

Pros

Thirst has completely transformed the way we onboard and develop our people at Clarus WMS. Before, our onboarding process was scattered across documents, emails, and ad-hoc calls, which made it slow and inconsistent. Now, every new hire goes through a structured learning journey in Thirst that gets them confident and contributing so much faster. The platform is so intuitive that our team needed no training; they jumped straight in. Within days, we’d built role-specific pathways, uploaded videos and resources, and started sharing knowledge across teams. It’s created a single source of truth where people can find answers instantly, without relying on managers to repeat the same explanations. One of the biggest wins has been how engaged the team is. They’re not waiting to be told what to do; they’re logging in on their own, finding relevant content, and even sharing their own knowledge. That’s been a huge culture shift for us. Onboarding is now 50% faster, we’ve saved countless hours for managers, and employee adoption has been incredible. Without Thirst, we’d still be stuck in that cycle of repeating ourselves and losing valuable knowledge. With Thirst, we’ve got a living, breathing hub that grows with us, and the team genuinely loves it.

Cons

It’s hard to find any downsides with Thirst, the reality is that it’s been smooth sailing from day one.

From the onset, the Head of Sales presented to my Global Learning Team with such an infectious passion for learning and for providing meaningful learning experiences to our users, all while showcasing the company’s capabilities in a well-prepared and tailored, highly-customized user interface for my specific company. The THIRST team is always well prepared, friendly, professional, and an extreme joy to work with.

Pros

In addition to the agility of the AI-powered and revolutionary software learning platform which THIRST provides, the sales and marketing teams are super knowledgeable and highly proficient in global learning and adult learning principles, they are efficient, transparent, and incredibly inclusive, and do this all while tailoring each experience to each individual customer and ultimately for each learner. It’s really one of the most supportive and well-trained teams I’ve ever worked with in global learning & development.

That they are in the UK and not yet in the US ;).
