Very quickly in our POC, we found Cachefly's service to be more performant than the other vendors being evaluated. We had an initial traffic performance problem and \[sensitive content hidden\] stepped in and gave a personal touch to resolving the issue. Amazing customer service. Cons I haven't found anything to complain about yet and that is unusual for an engineer. Switched from [Fastly](https://www.capterra.com/p/209928/Fastly/) Stackpath is killing off their CDN product. Fastly bombed us with a typical large company sales process that felt like I just got off of a used car sales lot. Reasons for choosing CacheFly Service and the people I interacted with above all things, but network performance 2nd. Over the past month of interaction with Cachefly, I've been left with a great impression of the company from anything between sales and the founder. Refreshing to deal with a company like Cachefly. Had they not done that we would have been put into an incredibly tight position. Pros We were required to switch to a new CDN as a result of the old one closing their services. I was able to create an account, implement our solution without any support intervention other than them copying our files from the old service to this new service, which was GREATLT appreciated. Being able to 'force' the download of our videos rather than have users stream them is a great use of the bandwidth so that we're not likely to go over our limits. The more data that is used, the lower the cost with custom plans available for perabyte volume. Paid accounts also come with higher support levels than our free 5TB trails.
