We provide them documents for purchase orders in pdf format. Pros It does everything we need to di. Converts files into pdf for quotes and documentation to sign. We use it daily for course registration processes. Cons Its availability to manage licenses anf add ons can be quite confusing compared to other products in that space. It also increases cost deoending on versions. The subscription model has brought more similarity to Adobe but the AI assistant with automatic features and cloud storage makes it a more effective tool. " April 29, 2026 5.0 My overall experience with Foxit PDF Editor is a positive one, I use it weekly for simple edits and signing. I have had no issues with document sizes meaning I can quickly upload pdfs of any size and edit. I can then easily download my edited files. Pros Foxit PDF Editor makes editing pdf easy, quick and simple. I use it often to redact pdfs, add comments and notes, and share. The legally binding signing features which include electronic signatures and digital signatures is a very useful feature which we use frequently. This speeds up getting important documents signed by the right people, such as bank documents. It is easy to use and does not require a steep learning curve. Cons Foxit PDF editor requires certain subscription levels to access advanced features and for multiple logins. I would recommend researching what level you require. Foxit is unconcerned that some glitch with my account using their "free trial" will not allow the purchased software to work. DON'T PAY FOR THIS UNTIL IT WORK ON YOUR COMPUTER. Pros After a putatively free trial, I purchased Foxit PDF Editor. The Company sent me a link to download the exe file. IT DOES NOT WORK. Foxit is evidently unconcerned that my FOXIT EDITOR DOES NOT WORK. I have sent repeated emails, calls, etc to get this addressed and they can't be bothered. Cons IT DOES NOT WORK. I purchased the software. FOXIT has been uninterested to get the software working on my computer. My phone does not struggle to handle big documents and using it does not draw too much on my RAM to limit my operation of other programs or make my phone too slow. The ease of navigation and annotations also makes reading on my phone much more enjoyable than with other alternatives. Pros The user interface is very simple and allows for maximum efficiency of use. Navigating to all commonly-used features such as digital signatures, document merger, document splitting, or format conversion is easily done. What I love best about Foxit is therefore the unbelievable ease of use and efficiency of the user experience. Cons Sometimes, it freezes and crashes even when I am working on small documents... with changes not saved. I therefore would have to begin from scratch all over again.
