Très bonne expérience avec LeadSeed. Dans notre contexte (lead gen sur le sujet Cisco Meraki via 10 partenaires via TD SYNNEX), la plateforme nous permet de proposer un guide de qualification personnalisé via un questionnaire interactif très rapide (environ 3 à 5 minutes). L’approche est claire : collecte structurée → analyse → recommandations, avec des rapports personnalisés. Résultat : moins de volume “brut”, mais des leads nettement mieux qualifiés, des échanges commerciaux plus pertinents, un meilleur taux de conversion et des cycles de vente plus courts.

Pros

La capacité à délivrer une expérience simple et rapide pour l’utilisateur (questionnaire court) avec un rapport clair et utile à la fin. La qualité de qualification : les informations collectées sont pertinentes et facilitent la suite côté commercial. Le déploiement en marque blanche et multi-tenant : la solution peut être utilisée par plusieurs partenaires (dans notre cas, une dizaine), chaque partenaire a la vue sur ses leads, au niveau vendor, la vue globale est disponible pour manager les leads. La confidentialité : les informations servent à transmettre le rapport et à permettre un contact “si souhaité”, sans usage marketing non désiré.

Cons

La mise en place initiale demande un peu de cadrage (messages, parcours, logique de restitution) pour obtenir le bon niveau de qualification, surtout lorsqu’on déploie la démarche auprès de plusieurs partenaires. Une fois les bases posées, l’exploitation est fluide. Sans promotion de ce lead magnet, les leads ne viennent pas tout seul ! Il faut donc accompagner les partenaires à utiliser ce contenu à valeur personnalisé.

Le résultat que vous décrivez illustre bien l’impact d’une qualification de qualité : moins de volume, mais davantage de conversion et des cycles de vente raccourcis. La configuration multi-tenant avec vue consolidée vendor et vue individuelle par partenaire est un des aspects les plus utilisés dans les déploiements au niveau du channel, multi partenaires, et votre retour sur la confidentialité des données collectées est un point qu'on met rarement suffisamment en avant. Bien noté pour l'activation côté partenaires : le dispositif technique permet de déployer à grande échelle, mais l'animation des équipes terrain autour du lead magnet reste un vrai sujet d'accompagnement. Notre expérience globale avec LeadSeed est très positive. L’assessment devient un véritable levier de génération de leads qualifiés et d’aide à la décision, plutôt qu’un simple outil de collecte de données. LeadSeed est un partenaire stratégique pour des campagnes performantes, mesurables et directement activables par les équipes sales.

Pros

Ce que j’ai particulièrement apprécié chez LeadSeed, c’est la capacité à réaliser un assessment à forte valeur ajoutée, tout en restant simple à exploiter pour les équipes marketing et commerciales. Sur un sujet complexe comme la cyber résilience, nous avons pu collecter des données très qualifiées sur les futurs projets de nos prospects et leur maturité. L’approche “clé en main” est très appréciable côté marketing, avec une campagne de télémarketing intégrée ayant généré plus de 20 rendez-vous pris directement dans l’agenda des commerciaux, questionnaires complétés et rapports personnalisés à l’appui.

Cons

La phase de cadrage initiale est indispensable pour définir correctement les parcours, les niveaux de maturité et les restitutions attendues. Cette étape demande une vraie réflexion côté marketing, notamment sur les messages et les cibles, mais elle est bien accompagnée par les équipes LeadSeed et garantit ensuite la cohérence et l’efficacité du dispositif.

Notre expérience avec LeadSeed est très positive. La solution nous a permis de passer d’un inventaire complexe et peu actionnable sous Excel à un dispositif 100% digital, structuré, plus simple à déployer, plus facile d’analyse et surtout de partage avec nos adhérents. En effet chaque répondant (= collectivité) est autonome dans son parcours de questionnement et dans la génération de la comparaison avec une autre collectivité (= benchmark automatisé et instantané). Nous avons gagné en lisibilité sur l’existant, en capacité de comparaison entre acteurs, et en efficacité pour identifier les sujets prioritaires de convergence. LeadSeed nous a apporté à la fois une plateforme robuste et un accompagnement orienté méthode, ce qui a largement facilité la mise en œuvre.

Pros

LeadSeed nous a permis de structurer une démarche de collecte d’information à grande échelle auprès de multiples parties prenantes, sur un sujet complexe et très hétérogène selon les acteurs. Là où un questionnaire “classique” sur Excel devenait trop long (400 questions), difficile à compléter et compliqué à exploiter, la plateforme nous a aidés à concevoir un parcours beaucoup plus fluide et cohérent. Le découpage en blocs thématiques, la logique de navigation et l’ergonomie rendent la complétion plus simple, tout en conservant un haut niveau de détail. Les restitutions permettent ensuite d’avoir une lecture plus claire, de comparer plus facilement les situations et de disposer d’une base commune pour piloter la convergence et la mutualisation entre répondants (= une centaine de collectivités françaises). L’accompagnement de l’équipe LeadSeed a été un vrai plus pour cadrer, prioriser et optimiser le dispositif.

Cons

La phase initiale demande un vrai travail de cadrage et de structuration pour transformer un grand volume de questions en un parcours pertinent et digeste. Cela reste logique compte tenu de l’ampleur du projet, et l’équipe LeadSeed accompagne efficacement cette étape pour arriver à un résultat clair et exploitable. Les discussions autour du SSO ont également pris du temps pour trouver la meilleure solution à la fois pour nous et pour l’équipe LeadSeed.

Notre expérience avec LeadSeed est très positive. La solution nous a permis de mieux structurer nos démarches de qualification, aussi bien auprès de clients existants que de prospects, tout en apportant de la valeur via des restitutions claires et exploitables (= les rapports). Ces rapports facilitent le dialogue commercial et contribuent à identifier des opportunités d’upsell et de cross sell de manière pertinente. LeadSeed se positionne comme un partenaire fiable, au-delà d’un simple outil.

Pros

LeadSeed nous permet de mieux détecter, qualifier et activer nos clients et prospects grâce à des parcours interactifs clairs et personnalisés. Là où des contenus classiques (livres blancs) permettent surtout de générer du volume. la plateforme LeadSeed favorise un véritable engagement et une qualification plus fine. La collecte d’informations est structurée et les rapports restitués facilitent la priorisation des actions commerciales et la conversion. Les équipes marketing et commerciales disposent ainsi d’une base commune pour aligner engagement, qualification et performance commerciale. L’accompagnement de l’équipe est également un vrai point fort, avec une bonne compréhension des enjeux business et une grande réactivité.

Cons

La mise en place des premiers parcours demande un peu de réflexion en amont afin de tirer pleinement parti des possibilités de personnalisation. Cela reste cependant logique au regard de la richesse de l’outil, et l’équipe LeadSeed accompagne efficacement cette phase.

Very good collaboration in design phase, needs analysis, building the right content. When users trained, easy to use (user training on the campaign needed). Good support. The offering should include by default a call out campaign option proposed by Leadseed

Pros

Ease of use, Setup, Customer Support, overall value for money when it is used to reach customers and align their needs to the offerings

Cons

Without a formal call out campaign to prospects to generate leads it is not generating revenue and ROI may be a concern

I am using Leadseed to adress customer needs to improve selective sorting knowledge of users. I find in this tool all the ressource to provide a very good customer experience. The couple Survey + dynamic report is really a powerfull offer.

Pros

Very powerfull, easy to use with a very wide range of features. Cover all the needs for a complete survey with integrated report.
